Excellent trip. Good communication before trip. Bus arrived on time and kept us informed of what was happening and where to meet after each part of the trip. Our guide in Auschwitz was very informative. The lunch we received was very good. Salt mines tour very good and again clear instructions on where to meet the bus after the tour.

Very well organised , after reading other recommendations for Mr Shuttle I booked with complete confidence. The guide we had for Auschwitz was great , this tour made me understand more about what happened .

A tour to understand history better. How Auschwitz became what it was and why people might have acted as they did. Has mankind learned from it enough? Probably not. The driver Thomas and the guide Michael were excellent as was the organisation of the tour. I also enjoyed the salt mine part of the tour. The only thing lacking quality was the dry lunch sandwich.

This was an amazing trip. The pick up from the hotel was so easy and the driver was very good. The guide we had for the day was so knowledgeable and easy to hear and understand. The guide round the salt mines was also knowledgeable but also very funny and loved making jokes with us. The journey back was also very easy. All in all it was an excellent trip and well worth going, I would definitely rate going with Mr Shuttle. Thank you

Very good tour, long day but worth it! However could have done without the numerous breaks throughout the day. All in all very good day and would defo use mr shuttle again for future trips!

It will be great if you play multimedia video materials regarding the tour and many more history details. It will be nice show to the customers presentation with popular attractions and activities in Krakow. Also it will be OK if the customers can listen local music and reading fun facts too.

Highly recommend Mr Shuttle, the day was very well organised and our guide was brilliant. Picked up from hotel and taken to each location with lunch included. We were really looked after the whole day by our guide. I will definitely use Mr Shuttle again on my next trip.

Service and communication excellent. Our driver Christian was friendly and kept us updated throughout the day. Ania was very informative during the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour and the guide at the salt mines was excellent too. Although we had an early start we benefited from being the first tour group entering the salt mines so it worked out well for us.

My daughter and I visited Auschwitz/Birkenau & Salt mines in July 26. It’s an incredibly sad surreal place you can almost feel the pain in the eeriness of the place, a very moving experience especially to my 16 year old history buff daughter. I chose to visit salt mines and Auschwitz/Birkenau on same day with hotel pick up and guides as I have slightly limited walking mobility at present after an operation and use the aid of a stick to walk. Our driver Becca was fantastic on time and very polite and never once did I feel rushed or didn’t know where / what we were doing. The tour guides I can’t praise enough at the salt mines very polite and knowledgeable. At Auschwitz/Birkenau our guide Michael was fantastic & knowledgeable I know the guides have a time limit but at no point did Michael rush me, he was a perfect gentleman. I did not miss any thing he asked me all along the way if I was ok, yes there were steps and rocky paths but I managed quite well with a stick and didn’t hold the group up. All in all a very memorable once in a lifetime experience which I Highly recommend.

Kierowca odebrał mnie na czas, mówił dobry angielski i bardzo dobrze opiekował się nami przez cały dzień. Opakowany lunch był wystarczająco duży. Wszystko było super! Proszę, wierzcie, gdy piszą, że jest wiele schodów i chodzenia: przeszliśmy 15 000 kroków tego dnia i nie jest to odpowiednie dla kogoś z laską! The driver picked me up on time, they spoke good English, and took very good care of us the whole day. The packed lunch was big enough. Everything was super! Please believe when they write that there are a lot of stairs and walking: we walked 15000 steps on the day and it is not suitable for someone with a walking stick!
