We booked quite last minute, after seeing the company recommended on a Facebook group. It was a seamless experience. Although it was an early start, we were the first group to arrive at Birkenau which make the experience even more poignant. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel. The entrance to Birkenau was covered up with a tent on our visit due to the 80 year anniversary of liberation, however this didn't negatively affect our trip.

The company got in touch with us that evening to confirm our details and the minibus picked us up at 10:45 prompt and drove us straight to Ozwiecim where we had excellent guided tours of both camps. The minibus was clean and new, and the tours ran like clockwork. We were back in Krakow by 6pm, very humbled and grateful for the experience.
