The tour was fantastic, from the transfer all the way through to the end. Mac picked us up from outside our hotel, we were notified of the time of pick up the evening before which was great, he was on time and very friendly, once on the bus and heading towards Auschwitz we watched an informative documentary on the tv on the bus, this gave alot of information. Once we arrived we were allowed a short break and then met our tour guide Jakob, he was with us then for the whole tour of both Auschwitz and Birkenau, he was very friendly and made the experience one that we won't forget, the whole excursion was around 6hours, 2.5 hours travel time, 2.5hours in Auschwitz, and 1hr in Birkenau. We would highly recommend.

Enjoyed the trip to auchswitz. Picked us up at our apartment 6am tour guide as knowledgeable friendly everything went great was just our trip back dropped 2 couples off at their hotels me and my wife had to walk 8 mins up a hill was arguing with the driver saying we paid to be picked up and dropped off at our apartment didnt want to know my wife has had 2 hip replacements and 2 knees replacements totally unacceptable after walking for ages on our trip we didn’t get dropped off at apartment not happy at all

A fantastic trip. Communication before the actual day of the trip was clear and timely. Driver arrived bang on time. Comfortable drive to Auschwitz and clear instructions about where we needed to go, when we would need to be picked up etc. The actual tour around Auschwitz was informative and sobering. It was difficult to hear what the guide was saying as she spoke so softly and the sound quality wasn't great on the head pieces. This could definitely be improved. All in all, a wonderful trip. Thank you!

The shuttle bus picked us up somewhat earlier than we had originally expected but we were warned in plenty of time. Bus to Auschwitz was good, well air conditioned and very comfortable. The historical film aboard the bus was a bonus and a good background to our visit. Bus driver was excellent, pleasant and very knowledgeable. The trip led by Magda was organised as the Museum obviously wanted and Magda was fully compliant with their organisation. However for two elderly travellers in very hot conditions it was gruelling and the place itself somewhat disappointing. Very little remains and the constant in and out of buildings housing glass mounted remains of the horrific lives that were forced upon the poor inmates was not what we had expected. Glad we visited but the Museum organisers need to rethink how they herd visitors through, not allowing any time for reflection. No complaints with Mr Shuttle or Magda.

I would really recommend this tour with Mr Shuttle. Pick up and drop off were wells timed and suited our day out. Our transport driver was very conscientious and safe. Our tour guide, Magda, was excellent. So passionate and extremely knowledgeable. Well worth the money

Excellent tour. Obviously very disturbing at what happened but the Museum Tour Guide was brilliant and compassionate. Good small and comfortable bus. Good driver. Not too large a group. Would highly recommend. Picked up from hotel.

Very good service, driver was already outside our Hotel before pick-up time, some of the other passengers were loud and rude, but I can't blame MrShuttle for that. Service and instructions along the day were excellent.

The pick up went smoothly and the trip to and from Auschwitz was pleasant. Our driver was very nice and shared some useful information about Poland and polish food. The packed lunch was also pretty good! I would definitely recommend Mr. Shuttle to others and will book again if I'm in Poland!
