Long day but so worth it. Driver punctual and tour guide had excellent knowledge of the history of Aushwitz. Thought provoking and somber trip but a must do when in Krakow.

I would highly recommend booking Mr Shuttle for the Auschwitz tour although it was a very early start, we were picked up at our accommodation and taken the the main coach to start our trip which made it very easy no stressing about where to go! Our driver was excellent and he organised the group well upon arrival as it was extremely busy. The tour itself is as you would expect a very somber and thought provoking experience , our guide was very knowledgeable and approachable if you had any questions. I will be using Mr Shuttle again for other trips that we would like to do in the future 😀

From start to finish everything ran seamlessly, there was nothing we could find fault with. The level of service, knowledge and professionalism from both our driver and tour guide was top tier and the lunch provided was delicious and greatly appreciated after such an early start to the day. We would highly recommend Mr Shuttle to others and would have no hesitation in booking them again for the future.

The tour was very well organised and delivered at a pace which allowed for time to take in the surrounding and do some reflection. Anna, our guide gave a full and clear tour, she also recounted stories from her Grandfather. The driver (I didn’t catch his name) gave good clear information on how the day was going to go and even gave some recommendations when we got back to Krakow. I would highly recommend Mr Shuttle to anyone thinking about doing a visit.

Brilliant tour. Our driver, Lucas was great, being a careful, thoughtful driver and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for him. There was a lot of walking, especially in Birkenau (approximately 4 miles in total). I would suggest anyone considering the visit to be prepared, wear decent walking shoes/sandals and ensure you can make the actual walk. Also be prepared for knowing about the atrocities which took place during this dreadful time. Our guide, Anna, was good and delivered her presentations with passion and respect for the people who were interned in Auschwitz and Birkenau.
