Reservamos bastante a último momento, después de ver que la empresa fue recomendada en un grupo de Facebook. Fue una experiencia sin inconvenientes. We booked quite last minute, after seeing the company recommended on a Facebook group. It was a seamless experience. Although it was an early start, we were the first group to arrive at Birkenau which make the experience even more poignant. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel. Both our driver and the tour guide were fantastic. We would highly recommend using Mr Shuttle. Thank you.

Guide was very knowledgeable of the locations and was able to share insight into each of the buildings. The pick up from the hotel and skipping the line was more than worth the money the tour cost.

Definitivamente recomiendo Mr Shuttle. I was kept well informed of my pick up time the day before, and got a reminder text an hour before. Our driver took us to Auschwitz then to Birkenau for the second part of the tour. I opted for the packed lunch which was great. Back at my hotel early afternoon. Definitely recommend Mr Shuttle.
Nuestro guía Kami fue excelente. Llegó a tiempo, fue amable y hablaba muy buen inglés. Nos ayudó mucho a reunirnos con el personal del museo para obtener documentos sobre un familiar que estuvo en Auschwitz. Our guide Kami was excellent. He was right on time, friendly and spoke very good English. He gave us great assistance to meet with the museum staff to obtain documents regarding a relative who was at Auschwitz.
Definitivamente una experiencia que no se debe perder. La entrada a Birkenau estaba cubierta con una carpa durante nuestra visita debido al 80 aniversario de la liberación, sin embargo esto no afectó negativamente nuestro viaje. Definitely an experience not to be missed. The entrance to Birkenau was covered up with a tent on our visit due to the 80 year anniversary of liberation, however this didn't negatively affect our trip.
La empresa se puso en contacto con nosotros esa noche para confirmar nuestros datos y el minibús nos recogió puntualmente a las 10:45 y nos llevó directamente a Oświęcim, donde tuvimos excelentes visitas guiadas de ambos campos. El minibús estaba limpio y nuevo, y los tours funcionaron como un reloj. Estábamos de vuelta en Cracovia a las 18:00, muy humildes y agradecidos por la experiencia. The company got in touch with us that evening to confirm our details and the minibus picked us up at 10:45 prompt and drove us straight to Ozwiecim where we had excellent guided tours of both camps. The minibus was clean and new, and the tours ran like clockwork. We were back in Krakow by 6pm, very humbled and grateful for the experience.
