Excellent service, we were the only pickup, so a dedicated Taxi for the trip, driver was outside the Hotel at pickup time, fast and friendly service, waited for us outside. Had we known there was a very nice restaurant at the bottom of the mine we would have liked to have stayed and eaten there, but had to get back to the driver, so could be useful to explain this option more to travellers - to take advantage of that, but otherwise very good!!

Absolutely amazing service which I would highly recommend everyone to use. Our driver Lukasz was there on time and such a lovely pleasant man to talk to. An amazing experience: the driver is a kind person and the pick up has been on time. We were a part of a large group, but thanks to the audioguide, we listened everything without problem. The tour guide (I don’t remember his name, sorry!) was funny, very knowledgeable and clear in his explanations. Absolutely recommended!

Really enjoyed the trip. Picked up by Norbert on time. Very nice and efficient in every detail. Escorted us all way through to the entrance and handed over to our superb guide. Dropped off back at our hotel. Great trip and worth the visit. Also did Auchwitz with Mr Shuttle and again superb.

La miniera di sale di Wieliczka è bellissima e assolutamente da vedere. Mi ricorda molto Moria de Il Signore degli Anelli. Vale la pena visitare quel posto di buon umore. Wieliczka Salt Mine is beautiful and definitely worth seeing. It reminds me a lot of Moria from The Lord of the Rings. It is worth to see that place in good mood.
Il tour è stato straordinario — la nostra guida è stata fantastica. Il nostro autista da Mr Shuttle è stato il peggio, suonava il clacson, si avvicinava ai pedoni e ci ha spaventati tutti nel furgone. Consiglio vivamente la miniera di sale, l'autista non tanto. The tour was amazing — our guide provided to us was awesome. Our driver from Mr Shuttle was the worst, honking, running up on people, and scaring the crap out of all of us in the van. Highly recommend the salt mine, driver not so much.
Il trasporto Mr.Shuttle è arrivato puntuale ed è stato un servizio eccellente dall'inizio alla fine, come in molte altre occasioni in cui abbiamo utilizzato Mr.Shuttle. La visita guidata alla Miniera di Sale è stata meravigliosa. Molte scale e molto cammino, quindi indossa le tue scarpe da passeggiata comode. Mr.Shuttle transport arrived on time and it was a great service from start to finish, same as many other times we have used Mr.Shuttle. The Salt Mine guided tour was wonderful. Plenty of stairs and plenty of walking so wear your comfy walking shoes.
Un paio di piccoli problemi in entrambi i tour — dopo una breve chiamata all'ufficio tutto è stato risolto senza costi aggiuntivi. Miniere di sale, siamo arrivati troppo presto per la nostra fascia oraria di tour. Nonostante questi problemi non mi impedirebbe di consigliare Mr Shuttle. I conducenti erano amichevoli e i veicoli erano mantenuti in condizioni impeccabili. Couple small issues with both tours — after quick call with office all sorted and no charge. Salt mines, arrived far too early for our tour slot. Although these issues it wouldn't stop me recommending Mr Shuttle. Drivers were friendly and vehicles kept in immaculate condition.
