The Wieliczka Salt Mine Tour was my first trip with Mr.Shuttle (out of 3). It was well organized and I felt being in safe hands. The transport was smooth (despite bicycle race on our day of visit, Tour de Polonia). Instructions by the driver/guide were clear. Upon request we got lots of useful information about Krakow and Poland. The best part of Mr.Shuttle trips is that the departures are almost certainly guaranteed; if you for some reason forget to book a sightseeing trip a month or two in advance and all entrance tickets are sold out, turn to Mr.Shuttle and you can get an entrance to your tourist attraction a day or two ahead of your planned visit. Just for this, I'm willing to pay their premium.

Absolutely perfect trip with Mr Shuttle. Excellent time keepers, polite and friendly driver. A great trip well organised and throughly enjoyed. I cannot recommend highly enough. My husband left his glasses in the taxi and mr Shittle ensured they were swiftly returned to us in a short space of time. Professional team Greatly appreciated

Excellent trip to the salt mines. We contacted Mr. Shuttle from a google search and had no knowledge of them but they were very professional and really well organised. Simple things like keeping me informed of our pick up via email/txt allowed me confidence on the trip.Our driver was particularly helpful with information about the mines and indeed other questions about Krakow. Excellent service, we were the only pickup, so a dedicated Taxi for the trip, driver was outside the Hotel at pickup time, fast and friendly service, waited for us outside. Had we known there was a very nice restaurant at the bottom of the mine we would have liked to have stayed and eaten there, but had to get back to the driver, so could be useful to explain this option more to travellers - to take advantage of that, but otherwise very good!!
