Excellent tour and our driver Lucas was lovely. He explained the details and kept us updated along the drive. He even bought us a pretzel to eat after the mine tour as we wouldn’t have time to buy our own. Being picked up from our hotel was great. Would highly recommend your company to our friends & family.

Communication was really good, small group tour with 8 people in a comfortable mini bus. Driver was polite and helpful and waited for members of the group who were still eating in the onsite restaurant. The Salt Mine trip was exceptional and a definite must if visiting Krakow. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We had a great day seeing Schindlers factory and the amazing salt mines. Our driver/guide was professional and friendly ensuring we were looked after throughout our planned visits. The communications from start to finish was timely and informative. The van was comfortable and clean. We had a great day seeing the venues. Mr Shuttle is we found to fantastic to deal with.

The Wieliczka Salt Mine Tour was my first trip with Mr.Shuttle (out of 3). It was well organized and I felt being in safe hands. The transport was smooth (despite bicycle race on our day of visit, Tour de Polonia). Instructions by the driver/guide were clear. Upon request we got lots of useful information about Krakow and Poland. The best part of Mr.Shuttle trips is that the departures are almost certainly guaranteed; if you for some reason forget to book a sightseeing trip a month or two in advance and all entrance tickets are sold out, turn to Mr.Shuttle and you can get an entrance to your tourist attraction a day or two ahead of your planned visit. Just for this, I'm willing to pay their premium.

Absolutely perfect trip with Mr Shuttle. Excellent time keepers, polite and friendly driver. A great trip well organised and throughly enjoyed. I cannot recommend highly enough. My husband left his glasses in the taxi and mr Shittle ensured they were swiftly returned to us in a short space of time. Professional team Greatly appreciated

Excellent trip to the salt mines. We contacted Mr. Shuttle from a google search and had no knowledge of them but they were very professional and really well organised. Simple things like keeping me informed of our pick up via email/txt allowed me confidence on the trip.Our driver was particularly helpful with information about the mines and indeed other questions about Krakow. Well organised. Only issue was when you exit the lift its a 5 min walk back to the car park and not clear how you get there.
