Really well organised. We booked last minute yet everything was flawless, we were kept informed at all times of pickup times (pickup from hotel was very welcome). Our driver Peter was great, very safe and was exactly where he said he would be throughout the day. Our guide Richard was superb, incredibly knowledgeable and answered all questions but most importantly, he was so very respectful of how he explained such horrifying events. I would highly recommend booking through Mr Shuttle for this trip.

Would highly recommend this company. The company gave us the time to be picked up the day before . We were picked up on the time slot we were told. The mini bus was clean and the driver professional. At Auschwitz we were shown around by a tour guide sorted by the company. The tour was interesting and informative. We had the lunch provided which was good. We were dropped off back at our hotel. All in all Mr Shuttle has been great. We also used them for the Salt Mine trip which was a great trip too.

We booked an Auschwitz tour in Krakow on 17 September and are so glad we booked with Mr Shuttle. From the moment we booked it they kept us fully up to date with the tour and nearer the day sent reminders about our pick-up time. The staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful and the whole day ran smoothly from start to finish. I will definitely use Mr Shuttle again in the future, I can't recommend them highly enough. Do not use anyone else!

From the moment of getting into the minivan, to being dropped off again in the afternoon, it was so well organised. We were picked up at 6:20am around the corner from our apartment. We picked up another couple of people in Kraków and then made our way to Auschwitz while watching a very eye opening documentary on the tv inside the minivan. We got to Auschwitz I around 8am, with our tickets booked for 8:40am. This meant we could use the facilities and have a coffee before entrance. We had our own tour guide who walked through everything with us. Everything was well explained and even she still teared up at certain points throughout the tour. It was all very overwhelming and you just can’t imagine that this all actually happened. Standing and walking there brings it home and makes it real. Auschwitz I took us around 1 hour 45 minutes to walk around. After Auschwitz I, we went to Birkenau. This is only a couple of minutes away. The driver waited there as well and this tour took around an hour with the same tour guide. We then had a little break to eat or drink something before driving back to Kraków. All in all very well organised and will definitely book with Mr. Shuttle again and will recommend it to anyone who goes.

5 star service. We were informed of our departure time the day before, with reminders, and the driver was absolutely on time. The organisation at Auschwitz was perfect. Our driver took us directly to our English speaking guide and fully explained the procedure. He was then waiting to take us on to Birkenau, again no problems. He took us directly to our guide again and made sure that we were all ready for the tour. After the tour he was waiting at the restaurant and provided lunch to those of us who had ordered it. Lunch was excellent, pasta salad, ham salad roll, chocolate biscuit and bottled water, really good value for money. After the trip he returned us to our hotel and wished us a good remainder of our holiday. Can’t fault Mr Shuttle at all and would definitely recommend.

A very emotional tour but well worth the visit . We booked with Mr Shuttle and I would 100% recommend this company . We were picked up outside our hotel at the time stated 6.40 and transported to Auschwitz-Birkenau in a comfortable coach , our tickets had already been purchased thru the booking . The tour was a few hours long because after Auschwitz you go to the Birkenau site which is a little journey further down the road . A meal was provided by the company if you paid the little extra money ( which we did ) or there is a cafe / restaurant to get something to eat . Afterwards we were dropped off back at our Hotel. All I would say is if your not very fit ( which we aren't) don't do the full day of Auschwitz-Birkenau and then the Saltmines which some of our group did , it is exhausting, we did the Saltmines the next day . All in all Mr Shuttle's Tours are a excellent company and if we go back to Poland I would use them again and also I would use them for the pick up and drop off to the Hotel because the company we used unfortunately were not great .

Picked up on time by Frank, very smooth journey and organisation with the tickets and guide throughout. The educator was excellent although the subject matter is of course devastating and upsetting. I would recommend Mr Shuttle for this tour.
