We booked our visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau online a couple of months before we arrived in Poland. From start to finish the service received was brilliant, great at communicating prior to arrival and the driver who picked us up and took us to Auschwitz-Birkenau was lovely. Absolutely fantastic, will definitely be booking more trips with you in future visits and highly recommend.

We had great and eye-opening trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau, and our driver (Łukasz?) was amazing! Everything went smoothly and we were informed very well. Also our guide was great!

This is the second time we have used Mr Shuttle for an excursion and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The driver was fantastic and picked us up from our accommodation at the time sent to us. The guide provided at Auschwitz and Birkenau was really knowledgeable about the history of the camp and extremely passionate about the subject. It is a hard place to visit but it's a must see. Both tours I have done here with Mr Shuttle have been good but very different and we have seen and learnt new things each time. Next time we are in Poland I will be booking with Mr Shuttle again. Thank you 😀

A great trip to Auchwitz, well organised. A great guide imparted the facts and also left an indelible mark on our memory. The driver was excellent and helpful. One minor negative was that it was a little cramped in front passenger seats but overall a great day.

Really well organised. We booked last minute yet everything was flawless, we were kept informed at all times of pickup times (pickup from hotel was very welcome). Our driver Peter was great, very safe and was exactly where he said he would be throughout the day. Our guide Richard was superb, incredibly knowledgeable and answered all questions but most importantly, he was so very respectful of how he explained such horrifying events. I would highly recommend booking through Mr Shuttle for this trip.

Would highly recommend this company. The company gave us the time to be picked up the day before . We were picked up on the time slot we were told. The mini bus was clean and the driver professional. At Auschwitz we were shown around by a tour guide sorted by the company. The tour was interesting and informative. We had the lunch provided which was good. We were dropped off back at our hotel. All in all Mr Shuttle has been great. We also used them for the Salt Mine trip which was a great trip too.
