I would highly recommend Mr Shuttle to book your tour. We booked to go to Auschwitz and the day was seamless. We were kept up to date the day before with exact pick up time and information. Our driver collected us on time from our hotel on the morning of our trip and was polite and friendly. We were then handed over to an excellent and informed tour guide. Excellent customer service, thank you very much!

My wife and I were proud to be a part of this tour in our first trip to Poland, its an experience everyone should partake. Hard to say we "enjoyed" it, such harrowed, horrific history. However, it left us both with memories we'll never forget, and honoring all the lives lost will in some way let them continue on. Thank you.

We had a great experience with MrShuttle! Our group had 21 people of all ages. Door to door service was so helpful, and the van was comfortable. Our driver Dominik helped us with schedules, timing; and meeting places. The Auschwitz-Bierkenau tour itself was very organized, with adequate restroom breaks and opportunity to rest or have a snack. There is a lot of walking, so for the Bierkenau portion, it was nice that there was an area for a few of our attendees to rest while we continued. On a sunny day, sunscreen and hats are useful. Our guide Teresa taught us so much. Adding the lunchbox option was also a good choice for our group. From beginning to end, this was an excellent experience, and we all feel very moved by it.

This tour was extremely organized, well planned, and on time. The scenery along the bus route was beautiful, and the tour guides were very knowledgeable and informative. We also had the option of lunch at an additional cost, which was convenient and well worth it. I will definitely tour with them again.

Fabulous tour and service! Picked up on time, comfortable travel both ways with a friendly driver (Matthews) Booked a lunch with the package which was very nice. Wonderful guide for the tour (Barbara) who was incredibly knowledgeable and communicated very well throughout, pointing out where it was/wasn't appropriate to take photos etc and giving a detailed history of Auschwitz/Birkenau as we walked. All in all a very good service from Mr Shuttle, highly recommended by us!

Cannot recommned highly enough. We were let down by a different company on Wednesday for a Saturday trip and Mr Shuttle still got us there on Sunday, booking was easy, communication was excellent, pick up was exactly on time as was our return which was important as we were tight on time for our flight and the organisation at the camp was perfect. You do not need to look anywhere else - these are the people to use.

Well done. Very early start - 5:45 am - but worked out well. On time, careful driving. The tour itself was sobering, painful, and a necessary reminder of what can never be permitted to occur again.

I thought the tour was excellent. While very sobering, I was glad I took the tour to gain a deeper understanding of what happened at Auschwitz and other Nazi concentration camps. Driver was excellent also.

It was very Well organised. Our Driver picked US up on time at 5.30 am from Our adress . We got the exaxt time the evening before. Our guide was female and of jewish origin. Her father in law was victim of Auschwitz. Explanation in English were very good. Although of course the Stories of the suffering of the people makes you speechless. There is Security Check Like Airport. In the beginning and end of the Tour there are Rest rooms,Snacks and Drinks so everything went very Well from the beginning to the end.
