It was excellently planned with very punctual pick up from the hotel. The driver was very capable and made you feel at ease as a passenger The tour guide was very informative and made sure all participants were engaged in the experience I would thoroughly recommend the tour

Excellent tour. Obviously very disturbing at what happened but the Museum Tour Guide was brilliant and compassionate. Good small and comfortable bus. Good driver. Not too large a group. Would highly recommend. Picked up from hotel.

Very good service, driver was already outside our Hotel before pick-up time, some of the other passengers were loud and rude, but I can't blame MrShuttle for that. Service and instructions along the day were excellent.

The pick up went smoothly and the trip to and from Auschwitz was pleasant. Our driver was very nice and shared some useful information about Poland and polish food. The packed lunch was also pretty good! I would definitely recommend Mr. Shuttle to others and will book again if I'm in Poland!

Highly recommend if you want to visit Auschwitz-Birkenhau. Kept up to date on pick up time from the evening before and picked up on time. Excellent comfortable transport to and from. We watched a film on Auschwitz which set the somber tone for what was to come. The guide who did our tour was very knowledgeable and we learnt a lot about the conditions there. The cruelty of what happened is heartbreaking. Everyone should visit at least once in their lifetime and I recommend a tour with Mr Shuttle to do this.

We would highly recommend using Mr Shuttle when booking a tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau. Everything runs very smoothly from the booking process to being dropped off back at your accommodation. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, you learn so much from this tour. My husband and I took a long time to actually decide to do a tour of Aushswitz-Birkenau as we were concerned about the emotional toll it may have. We don’t regret going at all. It was of course very difficult to get your head around why and how this ever happened. The immense suffering should never be forgotten, we can’t even begin to imagine what it must have been like …..

Can't speak highly enough of the team, after my error at original tine of booking they were in touch to resolve the error. So from being collected fron the door, a well organized trip and being dropped off at the end of day, at every step we were fully informed what was happening. Clever use of lanyards to identify the group and comfy transport. Would highly recommend this company, dont trawl the internet and use this company. I will definitely use this company again when we return to Poland.

Expertly/knowledgeably, the tour guide solemnly provided a heartfelt illustration of the horrible conditions / atrocities that occurred to innocent, nice families which provided a much deeper understanding of Auschwitz-Birkenau.
