Picked up right on time and our driver Michael was awesome. Tour of the Auschwitz sites was very solemn but was to be expected, the Salt mine tour was very interesting.

Driver was very informative, polite and welcoming . The packed lunch was way better than I was expecting, a very good lunch consisting of a pasta salad , large ham and cheese roll water and a wafer bar . The Salt mines are incredible we were totally blown away by them , well worth a visit , . Auschwitz abd the other camp was quite eerie and makes you think and thankful . Would definitely use Mr shuttle on my return to Krakow

Everything went really smoothly. We booked for the full day at Auschwitz and the salt mines with lunch.Really good communication and it was easy from start to finish. Our packed lunch was a ham and cheese salad sandwich, pasta pot, choc wafer and a bottle of water all was really tasty. It was a long day but we're everything ran so smoothly there was no waiting around and we all were aware of what was happi g.

The best way to see as much as possible. Extremely well organised company, very polite, friendly and professional. Kamil and Piotr were our drivers and took care of us throughout the very busy day. The driver was excellent, as was the tour guide. Barbarra's knowledge of her chosen subject was inspiring and well presented. I would thoroughly recommend this tour. Only one thing: choose the tours for different days. One day is too much, better over two days.

Everything ok. The driver was gently as well also the tour guide. We visited museum of auschwitz and Wieliczka salt mine but it was very tired to do both visits.

We booked the Auschwitz and salt mine tours with lunch, and found both to be very informative and well worth the money. Mr shuttle was on time, everything was well planned and organised, the drivers were knowledgeable and the tour guides were brilliant. It's by no means a criticism but my feedback would be, the Auschwitz museum part of the visit felt a little rushed. We walked round everything but there wasn't much time to have a moment to reflect. The tour guide was fantastic she really did give a lot of detail. While she was knowledgeable about the dates and figures, the delivery felt a bit detached. A site of this magnitude requires a narrative that honors the human element, but this felt more like a clinical recitation of data. This didn't ruin the visit, merely my opinion. The salt mine guide was very funny, and not only gave the history but also told stories of the miners. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr shuttle to anyone planning a visit to either tour.

Brilliant day! Picked up from hotel in good time and taken to camps, got lunch included which was lovely and filled us for walking around salt mines! Bus was lovely and cool and brought us back into Krakow

Driver was lovely and on time , great instructions, the tour was educating, emotional and detailed. The lunch provided was really good , salad , sandwich, wafer and water. I would definitely book thro Mr shuttle again and will recommend to everyone I know thats visiting

Had a really great experience with MrShuttle. After recommendations from others online, I booked the Auschwitz-Birkenau & Salt Mines tour. We were informed the night before of our pick up time and were promptly picked up from our hotel, taken there and guided around easily, I didn't feel stressed in any way. The staff were extremely pleasant and made me feel at ease, especially during such an emotional visit. I found all the travel staff and the guides extremely informative, even the little touches of having a scan code on our land yard to find our way back to the car park once we exited the salt mine tour, was a great touch I would definitely use this company again if I wanted to book something like this, and would recommend to others as well.
