The last message I received said we'd be picked up at 0800, compared to several earlier times in previous emails. Luckily, went to the pick-up spot 10 minutes early as Yaro was there a minute later. He explained how the time together would proceed in a friendly, competent manner and drove very well. At the site, he took the time to explain how to get back if we were brought to another elevator site which I was grateful for as a few years ago, when I did this your, that's where six of us became a little lost as that had not been explained. Overall, a great experience, not the least being our driver's kindness and humour.

Definite 5 star service. Received messages day before trip confirming pick up time. Driver was absolutely on time. He took us directly to the Salt Mine, explained that the exit to the mine was a short distance from the entrance and advised us to drop a pin on Google Maps so that we would be able to make our way back to him when the tour finished. He then walked us to our English speaking guide and made sure we all had the relevant headphones. After the tour, on the way back to our hotel, he made a short detour to show us where the Ghetto was situated and showed us the remains of the Ghetto wall. He also showed us the Jewish monument with the chairs. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Being picked up then dropped off at our Krakow apartment was wonderful. Our driver gave clear instructions. The tour itself was very interesting and enjoyable. Our only criticism would be that the group size was too big which made it difficult to see things properly during the tour.

We are very pleased with our visit to the Salt Mines with Mr Shuttle. They are a very patient and professional company, and able to accommodate my many questions and requests. We had 17 people in our group. Door to door service was such a luxury, and made the trip easy for our older travelers. Our driver was very patient with us, and we appreciate how he was there to organize our tickets, timing, and meeting point. I definitely recommend Mr Shuttle!

Excellent tour and our driver Lucas was lovely. He explained the details and kept us updated along the drive. He even bought us a pretzel to eat after the mine tour as we wouldn’t have time to buy our own. Being picked up from our hotel was great. Would highly recommend your company to our friends & family.

Communication was really good, small group tour with 8 people in a comfortable mini bus. Driver was polite and helpful and waited for members of the group who were still eating in the onsite restaurant. The Salt Mine trip was exceptional and a definite must if visiting Krakow.
