We booked the Auschwitz and salt mine tours with lunch, and found both to be very informative and well worth the money. Mr shuttle was on time, everything was well planned and organised, the drivers were knowledgeable and the tour guides were brilliant. It's by no means a criticism but my feedback would be, the Auschwitz museum part of the visit felt a little rushed. We walked round everything but there wasn't much time to have a moment to reflect. The tour guide was fantastic she really did give a lot of detail. While she was knowledgeable about the dates and figures, the delivery felt a bit detached. A site of this magnitude requires a narrative that honors the human element, but this felt more like a clinical recitation of data. This didn't ruin the visit, merely my opinion. The salt mine guide was very funny, and not only gave the history but also told stories of the miners. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr shuttle to anyone planning a visit to either tour.

Had a really great experience with MrShuttle. After recommendations from others online, I booked the Auschwitz-Birkenau & Salt Mines tour. We were informed the night before of our pick up time and were promptly picked up from our hotel, taken there and guided around easily, I didn't feel stressed in any way. The staff were extremely pleasant and made me feel at ease, especially during such an emotional visit. I found all the travel staff and the guides extremely informative, even the little touches of having a scan code on our land yard to find our way back to the car park once we exited the salt mine tour, was a great touch I would definitely use this company again if I wanted to book something like this, and would recommend to others as well.

Great service and I would highly recommend this day trip! Our driver and guides were amazing - very knowledgeable. Lunch provided was well worth the price paid (a turkey salad sandwich in a nice bun, and chicken pasta, water and chocolate wafer)

Excellent trip. Good communication before trip. Bus arrived on time and kept us informed of what was happening and where to meet after each part of the trip. Our guide in Auschwitz was very informative. The lunch we received was very good. Salt mines tour very good and again clear instructions on where to meet the bus after the tour.

A tour to understand history better. How Auschwitz became what it was and why people might have acted as they did. Has mankind learned from it enough? Probably not. The driver Thomas and the guide Michael were excellent as was the organisation of the tour. I also enjoyed the salt mine part of the tour. The only thing lacking quality was the dry lunch sandwich.
