La gira fue muy bien organizada e informativa. Comenzamos en el autobús con una película documental que nos preparó para la gira. Auschwitz-Birkenau fue una experiencia muy solemne, emotiva y sobria. La Mina de Sal fue sorprendente y muy hermosa. El almuerzo empaquetado fue delicioso y bien merecido el extra. Nuestro conductor/guía turístico Michael fue excelente y muy servicial, incluso hasta el punto de reparar las gafas rotas de mi amigo. Puedo recomendar ampliamente a Mr Shuttle. The tour was so well organised and very informative. Starting on the bus with a documentary film which prepared us for the tour. Auschwitz-Birkenau was a very solemn, emotional and sobering experience. The Salt Mine amazing and very beautiful. The packed lunch was delicious and well worth the extra. Our driver/tour guide Michael was excellent and so helpful, even to the point of fixing my friends broken spectacles. I can highly recommend Mr Shuttle.
Un día emocional y agotador pero bien vale la pena y excelente servicio de Mr Shuttle. Krakow a Auschwitz nos tomó aproximadamente 1 hora 20 en el autobús y de Birkenau de vuelta a las Minas de Sal de Wieliczka nos tomó aproximadamente 1 hora 30. En general, creo que este es un viaje fantástico si quieres ver 3 de los principales sitios de Krakow en un día. A emotional and tiring day but well worth it and great service by Mr Shuttle. Krakow to Auschwitz took us a good 1 hour 20 on the coach and from Birkenau back to Wieliczka Salt Mines that took a good 1 hour 30. Overall I think this is a fantastic trip if you want to see 3 of Krakow's main sites in one day.

The at-hotel pickup was worth it. The drive was done in a 8-passenger van and we met up with other groups at Auschwitz and at the salt mine. Both guides at each location were very good. The lunch provided was tasty and substantial. The guide also gave good advice about restaurants in Krakow.
