It was an excellent service collected on time and everything was very organised lunch was supplied was beautiful and dropped back off at hotel. A very surreal day. Thanks to Mr Shuttle for being so efficient

The visits to Auschwitz and Birkenau were very poignant and humbling. Our guide was excellent, she was very calm and respectful and told us everything we needed to know about the atrocities that happened there. It is not somewhere to go to be entertained but somewhere to pay respects and it is important that we should always remember what those poor people endured there. The tour of the Kopalnia Soli salt mines was really interesting and though a lot of walking was involved, it was well worth doing. It is amazing seeing all the statues and things made from salt. The mini bus service was excellent and our driver {Luca} was really good, making sure we were all looked after and getting our tickets and lunches to us. We cannot fault the service at all and are really glad we took this day tour. Thank you.

Great trip, lots of walking and the stairs at the Salt Mine were a lot for older people. While the tours were excellent, we were the front sests in a small minibus and the legroom was extremely limited for a 3 hour round trip drive. While we received an apology from our driver, we would decline to do it again in those seats.

It was an excellent day. A very long day but it all ran smoothly. Mr Shuttle were fantastic at getting back to me when I had questions and doing both things in one day worked well for us. I would highly recommend using Mr Shuttle.

We did 2 tours with Mr shuttle and both were absolutely fantastic, brilliant communication and they were on time for pick ups for both. Auschwitz - Birkenau & the salt mines in one day: NOT for the weak, there was a lot of walking involved and it was a very long day. Our driver Dominic was brilliant and communicated everything perfectly. Lots of breaks between the long drives. Our guide around Auschwitz - Birkenau Chris was absolutely fantastic and the information he gave us while walking around was brilliant. Zacopane & thermal baths: first of all this place is absolutely stunning. I'm already planing to go back and do the trails in the national park. Our driver Lucas was absolutely hilarious, he made the long drive very entertaining. Was polite and prompt and gave us lots of information again. Stoped for polish sheep cheese and vodka tasting then took us to the chocolow hot springs which is deffo worth a visit. All in all I would definitely use this company again and recommend them 100%!

Driver was very informative, polite and welcoming . The packed lunch was way better than I was expecting, a very good lunch consisting of a pasta salad , large ham and cheese roll water and a wafer bar . The Salt mines are incredible we were totally blown away by them , well worth a visit , . Auschwitz abd the other camp was quite eerie and makes you think and thankful . Would definitely use Mr shuttle on my return to Krakow

Everything went really smoothly. We booked for the full day at Auschwitz and the salt mines with lunch.Really good communication and it was easy from start to finish. Our packed lunch was a ham and cheese salad sandwich, pasta pot, choc wafer and a bottle of water all was really tasty. It was a long day but we're everything ran so smoothly there was no waiting around and we all were aware of what was happi g.
