Nos recogieron en Auschwitz nuestro guía turístico, que fue brillante y muy conocedor. Luego tuvimos almuerzo, todo proporcionado, agradable y fresco. Luego nos trasladamos a las Minas de Sal, un lugar muy digno de ver. No tenemos nada que criticar de Krakow Shuttle, excelente servicio, muy limpio y puntual. We were met at Auschwitz by our Tour Guide who was brilliant and very knowledgeable. We then had lunch, all provided, nice and fresh. Then moved onto Salt Mines, a very worthwhile place to see. Could not fault Krakow Shuttle, excellent service, very clean and on time!
Un día emocional y agotador pero bien vale la pena y excelente servicio de Mr Shuttle. Krakow a Auschwitz nos tomó aproximadamente 1 hora 20 en el autobús y de Birkenau de vuelta a las Minas de Sal de Wieliczka nos tomó aproximadamente 1 hora 30. En general, creo que este es un viaje fantástico si quieres ver 3 de los principales sitios de Krakow en un día. A emotional and tiring day but well worth it and great service by Mr Shuttle. Krakow to Auschwitz took us a good 1 hour 20 on the coach and from Birkenau back to Wieliczka Salt Mines that took a good 1 hour 30. Overall I think this is a fantastic trip if you want to see 3 of Krakow's main sites in one day.
La gira fue muy bien organizada e informativa. Comenzamos en el autobús con una película documental que nos preparó para la gira. Auschwitz-Birkenau fue una experiencia muy solemne, emotiva y sobria. La Mina de Sal fue sorprendente y muy hermosa. El almuerzo empaquetado fue delicioso y bien merecido el extra. The tour was so well organised and very informative. Starting on the bus with a documentary film which prepared us for the tour. Auschwitz-Birkenau was a very solemn, emotional and sobering experience. The Salt Mine amazing and very beautiful. The packed lunch was delicious and well worth the extra. Our driver/tour guide Michael was excellent and so helpful, even to the point of fixing my friends broken spectacles. I can highly recommend Mr Shuttle.

The at-hotel pickup was worth it. The drive was done in a 8-passenger van and we met up with other groups at Auschwitz and at the salt mine. Both guides at each location were very good. The lunch provided was tasty and substantial. The guide also gave good advice about restaurants in Krakow.

Excelente empresa.. gran comunicación y puntual. Christian, el conductor, fue encantador. Tuvimos servicio de puerta a puerta y todo el viaje que abarca 3 sitios fue extremadamente bien organizado y nos evitaron muchas colas. Los guías fueron todos excelentes. Recomiendo ampliamente Mr Shuttle y este viaje. Tenga en cuenta que este es un día largo, hay mucho caminar y escaleras, por lo que necesitará buena movilidad y poder caminar varios kilómetros en total. Los 3 sitios son imprescindibles. Excellent company.. great communication and punctual. Christian the driver was lovely. We had door to door service and the whole trip which is over 3 sites was extremely well organised and we were saved alot of queuing. Guides were all excellent. Thoroughly recommend Mr Shuttle and this trip. Please be aware that this is a long day, there is a lot of walking and stairs so you will need good mobility and able to walk a few miles collectively. All 3 sites are a must see

Nos recogieron en nuestro apartamento a las 6am - autobús muy cómodo y Tom fue un buen conductor. ¡Los guías turísticos que tuvimos tanto en Auschwitz (Jakub) como en las minas de sal (¡Małgorzata la maestra!) fueron de muy alto nivel! ¡10/10 para ambos! Excellent company. Worked like clockwork. Was picked up at our apartment at 6am - very comfy bus and Tom was a good driver. The tour guides we had both in Aushwitz (Jakub) and the Salt mines (Małgorzata the teacher!) were of a high callibre! 10/10 for both!
