El viaje fue muy fácil. El transporte fue fácil y nuestro guía turístico fue brillante. Muy conocedor. Auschwitz/Birkenau es imprescindible y un memorial para todos los asesinados. Trip was so easy. Transportation was easy and our tour guide was brilliant. So knowledgeable. Auschwitz/Birkenau is a must see and a memorial to all those murdered.

Utilicé Mr Shuttle para traslados hacia y desde el aeropuerto y para el tour de Auschwitz & Birkenau desde Cracovia y lo recomendaría ampliamente. Los conductores profesionales y amables son importantes al viajar como madre con una hija adolescente. El tour fue un grupo más pequeño que los otros grupos que vi en los campos y la guía era muy conocedora y excelente respondiendo preguntas. Añadí el almuerzo ya que otros sugirieron que era agradable y fue más que suficiente para 2 comidas. Altamente recomendado. Used Mr Shuttle for transfers to and from airport and for tour of Auschwitz & Birkenau Tour from Krakow and would highly recommend. Professional and friendly drivers important as travelling as mum with teen daughter. Tour was a smaller group than the other groups I saw in the camps and the guide was very knowledgeable and great at answering questions. Added the lunch as others suggested it was nice and it was more than enough for 2 meals. Highly recommend.

Uno de esos viajes de la lista de deseos fue Auschwitz si alguna vez estás en Polonia. ¡Realmente me gustó y a pesar de estar preparado, sigue siendo increíble lo despreciable que puede ser el hombre con sus semejantes! One of those bucket list trips was Auschwitz if ever in Poland! Really enjoyed it and despite being prepared it’s still incredible how pitiful man is to his fellow beings

The transport ran like clockwork and Tomas our driver was brilliant. Picked up outside our Airbnb and dropped off at end of the day right outside. You will need to be ready for pick up at around 6am but it’s so worth the early rise. A harrowing but unforgettable day

Como viajera sola también no podrían haber sido más serviciales/haberme hecho sentir incluida. ¡El almuerzo fue tan abundante que me llevé algo para la cena! ¡Definitivamente volvería a reservar! Of course I have read the stories, watched the documentaries and saw the photographs but to actually be there was chilling. It was a beautiful winters day but you could only imagine horror on a freezing Winter’s day or a blistering Summer’s day for the unfortunate inmates of these camps. The guide was very informative and respectful and we visited various barracks and torture cells where the suffering of those poor people could barely be imagined. Man’s potential for cruelty and depravity never ceases to amaze. Very well organised and conducted trip. I would highly recommend it.
Viaje excelente que recomendaríamos a cualquiera que viaje a Cracovia. Nos recogieron a tiempo y todo salió sin problemas. Excellent trip that we would recommend anyone travelling to Krakow to do. We were picked up on time and everything went smoothly.
Muy buen guía, no solo cubrió la historia de ambas ubicaciones sino también las preguntas sobre el comportamiento humano y la psicología que suscitan los actos cometidos allí. Como el guía era polaco y tenía un historial familiar vinculado con la ubicación y la actividad que ocurrió allí, hablaba con pasión y también destacó que incluso después de que los alemanes fueron removidos por los rusos, Polonia aún no fue liberada ya que vivía bajo el yugo de la opresión soviética y algunos individuos desafortunados fueron de Auschwitz al GULAG. No olvidemos que la mayoría de Europa no fue liberada después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, simplemente pasaron de una dictadura totalitaria basada en el miedo a otra. Very good guide, not only covered the history of both locations but also the questions about human behaviour and psychology the the acts carried out their raise. As the guide was polish and had family history linked with the location and activity that occurred their he spoke with passion and also highlighted that even once the Germans were removed by the Russians Poland was still not liberated as it lived under the yoke of soviet oppression and some unfortunate individuals went from Auswitz to the GULAG. Let us not forget most of Europe was not liberated after WW2, the just moved from one totalitarian dictatorship run through fear to another!
Normalmente nunca escribo reseñas, pero en esta ocasión sentí que debía hacerlo. Mr Shuttle resultó ser una opción excepcionalmente buena. Mr Shuttle proved to be an exceptionally good choice, everything from the airport transfers to the tour were done to the highest level. Topped off with very friendly and helpful drivers and a great level of punctuality which made our trip so much more stress free, especially when dealing with a group of 12 of us. Very highly recommend this company
