Five * service from mr Shuttle pick up and drop off at our hotel. I gave the trip 3* because our guide at Auschwitz rushed us through so quick that we did not have time to read the information or look at the display cases long enough. It was packed with groups and we felt very much like we were on a conveyor belt. It was supposed to be a two hour tour but she said it would be 1 hour 40 minutes so clearly she was on a mission to finish quickly. That said she was very knowledgeable but I would have liked some time when I didn’t have to listen to her on a headset but to read the information in silence and take it all in.

We enjoyed the tour. Just recommend that the guide speak a little slower and clearer because his accent is strong and would help to hear the information and details.

Very interesting trip but it was rushed, I would have liked more time to read and look at things but because there was a group behind us we were rushed through, just my opinion. Driver was nice and on time.

A visit I have wanted to do for many years was made easy by Lucas who collected us and explained in detail what we were going to do. Our tour guide (sorry I can’t remember his name) took over when we arrived and gave us a very detailed and moving tour. All very well organised and I would definitely recommend this tour with Mr Shuttle.
