Si estás en Cracovia, definitivamente usa Mr Shuttle. Utilizamos Mr Shuttle para ambos viajes hacia y desde el aeropuerto de Cracovia, así como para un tour privado del Auschwitz y Birkenau. Los 3 viajes con ellos fueron fantásticos. Fuimos recibidos en el aeropuerto. Nuestro viaje de un día estuvo muy bien organizado. Cada miembro del personal con el que interactuamos fue profesional, eficiente y muy muy amable. Recomendaría al 100% y volvería a usar. When in Krakow definitely use Mr Shuttle. We used Mr Shuttle for both journeys to and from Krakow airport and also for a private tour for Auschwitz & Birkenau Tour. All 3 trips with them were fantastic. We were greeted at the airport. Our day trip out was so well organised. Every member of staff we interacted with were professional, efficient and very very friendly. I would 100% recommend and use again.

Uno de esos viajes de la lista de deseos fue Auschwitz si alguna vez estás en Polonia. ¡Realmente me gustó y a pesar de estar preparado, sigue siendo increíble lo despreciable que puede ser el hombre con sus semejantes! The transport ran like clockwork and Tomas our driver was brilliant. Picked up outside our Airbnb and dropped off at end of the day right outside. You will need to be ready for pick up at around 6am but it’s so worth the early rise. A harrowing but unforgettable day

Como viajera sola también no podrían haber sido más serviciales/haberme hecho sentir incluida. ¡El almuerzo fue tan abundante que me llevé algo para la cena! ¡Definitivamente volvería a reservar! Can’t recommend enough! As a solo female traveler also they couldn’t have been more helpful/ made me feel included. Lunch was so filling I took some back for dinner! Would definitely book again!

Of course I have read the stories, watched the documentaries and saw the photographs but to actually be there was chilling. It was a beautiful winters day but you could only imagine horror on a freezing Winter’s day or a blistering Summer’s day for the unfortunate inmates of these camps. The guide was very informative and respectful and we visited various barracks and torture cells where the suffering of those poor people could barely be imagined. Man’s potential for cruelty and depravity never ceases to amaze. Very well organised and conducted trip. I would highly recommend it.
Viaje excelente que recomendaríamos a cualquiera que viaje a Cracovia. Nos recogieron a tiempo y todo salió sin problemas. Excellent trip that we would recommend anyone travelling to Krakow to do. We were picked up on time and everything went smoothly.
Muy buen guía, no solo cubrió la historia de ambas ubicaciones sino también las preguntas sobre el comportamiento humano y la psicología que suscitan los actos cometidos allí. Como el guía era polaco y tenía un historial familiar vinculado con la ubicación y la actividad que ocurrió allí, hablaba con pasión y también destacó que incluso después de que los alemanes fueron removidos por los rusos, Polonia aún no fue liberada ya que vivía bajo el yugo de la opresión soviética y algunos individuos desafortunados fueron de Auschwitz al GULAG. No olvidemos que la mayoría de Europa no fue liberada después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, simplemente pasaron de una dictadura totalitaria basada en el miedo a otra. Very good guide, not only covered the history of both locations but also the questions about human behaviour and psychology the the acts carried out their raise. As the guide was polish and had family history linked with the location and activity that occurred their he spoke with passion and also highlighted that even once the Germans were removed by the Russians Poland was still not liberated as it lived under the yoke of soviet oppression and some unfortunate individuals went from Auswitz to the GULAG. Let us not forget most of Europe was not liberated after WW2, the just moved from one totalitarian dictatorship run through fear to another!
Normalmente nunca escribo reseñas, pero en esta ocasión sentí que debía hacerlo. Mr Shuttle resultó ser una opción excepcionalmente buena. Todo, desde los traslados del aeropuerto hasta el tour, se realizó al más alto nivel. Coronado por conductores muy amables y serviciales y un gran nivel de puntualidad que hizo nuestro viaje mucho más libre de estrés, especialmente al tratar con un grupo de 12 personas. Recomiendo muy altamente esta empresa. Absolutely never write reviews but feel I should this time. Mr Shuttle proved to be an exceptionally good choice, everything from the airport transfers to the tour were done to the highest level. Topped off with very friendly and helpful drivers and a great level of punctuality which made our trip so much more stress free, especially when dealing with a group of 12 of us. Very highly recommend this company

Tan considerado, amable y realmente conocedor de la historia de Polonia y los campos. El coche era bonito y limpio, y Tomasz organizó almuerzos ya preparados ¡y definitivamente valen la pena! Visita emotiva pero imprescindible. So thoughtful, friendly & really knowledgeable of the history of both Poland & the camps. The car was lovely & clean & Tomasz arranged pre packed lunches and they are well worth it! Emotional but must see visit.

The tour guide we had was emotionally invested and was by far the most knowledgeable, most approachable. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable again.

Picked up from our hotel by Artur and we were joined by 6 other passengers before heading to Auschwitz and Birkenau. Such a thought provoking and emotional trip.
