Excellent service, we were the only pickup, so a dedicated Taxi for the trip, driver was outside the Hotel at pickup time, fast and friendly service, waited for us outside. Had we known there was a very nice restaurant at the bottom of the mine we would have liked to have stayed and eaten there, but had to get back to the driver, so could be useful to explain this option more to travellers - to take advantage of that, but otherwise very good!!

Absolutely amazing service which I would highly recommend everyone to use. Our driver Lukasz was there on time and such a lovely pleasant man to talk to. An amazing experience: the driver is a kind person and the pick up has been on time. We were a part of a large group, but thanks to the audioguide, we listened everything without problem. The tour guide (I don’t remember his name, sorry!) was funny, very knowledgeable and clear in his explanations. Absolutely recommended!

Really enjoyed the trip. Picked up by Norbert on time. Very nice and efficient in every detail. Escorted us all way through to the entrance and handed over to our superb guide. Dropped off back at our hotel. Great trip and worth the visit. Also did Auchwitz with Mr Shuttle and again superb.

La mina de sal de Wieliczka es hermosa y definitivamente vale la pena visitarla. Me recuerda mucho a Moria de El Señor de los Anillos. Vale la pena ver ese lugar de buen humor. Wieliczka Salt Mine is beautiful and definitely worth seeing. It reminds me a lot of Moria from The Lord of the Rings. It is worth to see that place in good mood.
