Wieliczka Salt Mine is beautiful and definitely worth seeing. It reminds me a lot of Moria from The Lord of the Rings. It is worth to see that place in good mood.
The tour was amazing — our guide provided to us was awesome. Our driver from Mr Shuttle was the worst, honking, running up on people, and scaring the crap out of all of us in the van. Highly recommend the salt mine, driver not so much.
Excellent experience. The salt mine was bigger that we expected. The tour was great. Great communication for pickup time.
The tour guide at Wieliczka was great and made the tour very interesting. Definitely worth seeing if you are visiting.
Very pleasant experiences in both sites. The Salt Mine was amazing and very very interesting with our guide. We also got to go to the Salt Mine Museum after the 2.5 hour guided tour.

The Salt Mines were beautiful and not as claustrophobic as I had feared. Again, our tour guide was knowledgeable and walked us through at a nice pace. It was a long day and we walked 10 miles but was well worth it.
Couple small issues with both tours - after quick call with office all sorted and no charge. Salt mines, arrived far too early for our tour slot. Although these issues it wouldn't stop me recommending Mr Shuttle. Drivers were friendly and vehicles kept in immaculate condition.

Mr.Shuttle transport arrived on time and it was a great service from start to finish, same as many other times we have used Mr.Shuttle. The Salt Mine guided tour was wonderful. Plenty of stairs and plenty of walking so wear your comfy walking shoes.
There is also a Miner's route which is a bit longer and more in-depth for salt mine enthusiasts! The tourist route tour is approximately 2 hours. Our guide was great and made the tour very interesting. Definitely worth seeing if you are visiting.
Salt Mine tour was brilliant with another very knowledgeable guide. Highly recommend this trip. Nice clean shuttle bus, great bus guide and super friendly. Only a short drive and hassle free entrance to the mines. 100 recommended experience.
Fascinating tour. We were picked up from our hotel on time. When arriving at the salt mines we only waited a few minutes before entering. Amazing definitely worth a visit. Our guide was Simon who kept us fully informed with some humor.
This tour was amazing from pick up to drop off. Our driver to the salt mines was wonderful and our guide at the salt mines was also wonderful, could not fault anything.
It's definitely worth a visit...one of the top 5 places i have been. Inside the Wieliczka salt mine in Krakow is amazing.
Both the Tourist Route and Miner's Route were worth it, the English guides were very good. Definitely recommend the Wieliczka tours.

The transport was brilliant and the tour guides were great too. There is a lot of walking involved, particularly in the salt mines, so if you aren't physically fit, you may struggle.
He has so much knowledge delivered with such compassion. Michel was our bus driver too. Exceptional service from him and Mr Shuttle. Early pick up was essential at 6am and appreciated. The lunch was excellent and the salt mines in the afternoon were a good way to end the day.
