Absolutely amazing service which I would highly recommend everyone to use. Our driver Lukasz was there on time and such a lovely pleasant man to talk to. He made our journey to and from the Salt mines all the more better and is an asset to your company. Because of him we will use Mr Shuttle again when we return. Dziękuję Lukasz from Gary and Faye

An amazing experience: the driver is a kind person and the pick up has been on time. We were a part of a large group, but thanks to the audioguide, we listened everything without problem. The tour guide (I don’t remember his name, sorry!) was funny, very knowledgeable and clear in his explanations. Absolutely recommended!

Really enjoyed the trip. Picked up by Norbert on time. Very nice and efficient in every detail. Escorted us all way through to the entrance and handed over to our superb guide. Dropped off back at our hotel. Great trip and worth the visit. Also did Auchwitz with Mr Shuttle and again superb.

La mina de sal de Wieliczka es hermosa y definitivamente vale la pena visitarla. Me recuerda mucho a Moria de El Señor de los Anillos. Vale la pena ver ese lugar de buen humor. Wieliczka Salt Mine is beautiful and definitely worth seeing. It reminds me a lot of Moria from The Lord of the Rings. It is worth to see that place in good mood.
El tour fue increíble — nuestro guía fue excelente. Nuestro conductor de Mr Shuttle fue lo peor, tocando la bocina constantemente, acercándose a los peatones y asustándonos a todos en la furgoneta. Our driver from Mr Shuttle was the worst, honking, running up on people, and scaring the crap out of all of us in the van. Highly recommend the salt mine, driver not so much.
El transporte de Mr.Shuttle llegó a tiempo y fue un servicio excelente de principio a fin, igual que en muchas otras ocasiones en que hemos utilizado Mr.Shuttle. El tour guiado de la Mina de Sal fue maravilloso. Muchas escaleras y mucho caminar, así que usa tus zapatos cómodos para caminar. Mr.Shuttle transport arrived on time and it was a great service from start to finish, same as many other times we have used Mr.Shuttle. The Salt Mine guided tour was wonderful. Plenty of stairs and plenty of walking so wear your comfy walking shoes.

Las Minas de Sal eran hermosas y no eran tan claustrofóbicas como había temido. Nuevamente, nuestro guía turístico fue conocedor y nos llevó a un ritmo agradable. Fue un día largo y caminamos 10 millas, pero definitivamente valió la pena. The Salt Mines were beautiful and not as claustrophobic as I had feared. Again, our tour guide was knowledgeable and walked us through at a nice pace. It was a long day and we walked 10 miles but was well worth it.

Experiencias muy agradables en ambos lugares. La Mina de Sal fue increíble y muy muy interesante con nuestro guía. También pudimos visitar el Museo de la Mina de Sal después del tour guiado de 2,5 horas. Very pleasant experiences in both sites. The Salt Mine was amazing and very very interesting with our guide. We also got to go to the Salt Mine Museum after the 2.5 hour guided tour.

There is also a Miner's route which is a bit longer and more in-depth for salt mine enthusiasts! The tourist route tour is approximately 2 hours. Our guide was great and made the tour very interesting. Definitely worth seeing if you are visiting.
La visita a la mina de sal fue brillante con una guía muy erudita. Recomiendo altamente este viaje. Autobús lanzadera limpio y agradable, excelente guía de autobús y muy amable. Solo un viaje corto y entrada sin problemas a las minas. Experiencia 100 % recomendada. Salt Mine tour was brilliant with another very knowledgeable guide. Highly recommend this trip.
