Tour fascinante. Nos recogieron del hotel a tiempo. Al llegar a las minas de sal solo esperamos unos minutos antes de entrar. Increíble, definitivamente vale la pena visitarlas. Nuestro guía fue Simon, quien nos mantuvo completamente informados con algo de humor. Fascinating tour. We were picked up from our hotel on time. When arriving at the salt mines we only waited a few minutes before entering. Amazing definitely worth a visit. Our guide was Simon who kept us fully informed with some humor.
Este tour fue increíble desde la recogida hasta la devolución. Nuestro conductor hacia las minas de sal fue maravilloso y nuestro guía en las minas de sal también fue maravilloso, no pudimos encontrar ningún defecto. This tour was amazing from pick up to drop off. Our driver to the salt mines was wonderful and our guide at the salt mines was also wonderful, could not fault anything.

Tanto la Tourist Route como la Miner's Route valieron la pena, los guías en inglés fueron muy buenos. Definitivamente recomiendo los tours de Wieliczka. Both the Tourist Route and Miner's Route were worth it, the English guides were very good. Definitely recommend the Wieliczka tours.

Reservé una excursión de un día a Auschwitz y las minas de sal. Recibí un mensaje de texto y un WhatsApp la noche anterior confirmando la hora de recogida y nuevamente una hora antes de la recogida. El autobús llegó 10 minutos después de la hora aproximada y fue cómodo. Se organizaron bien los tiempos de descanso y los puntos de recogida y entrega durante los tours. Buena comunicación y servicio al cliente. Recomendaría esta empresa. Gracias a Tomas, nuestro conductor, y nuestro guía en Auschwitz fue muy informativo. booked a day trip to auchwitz amd salt mines. received a text and a wats app the night before confirming time of pickup and also same again an hour before collection. arrived 10 mins after approx time, bus comfortable. arranged break times and drop off and collection points at the tours. good communication and customer service. would recommend this company. thank you to Tomas our driver and our guide at auchwitz was very informative.
Tuvimos un día excelente en la mina de sal. Viajamos allí en tren desde la estación principal de Cracovia, el costo fue aproximadamente 4 libras por persona. Nuestro guía fue excelente e hizo que la gira fuera muy interesante. We had a great day out at the salt mine. We traveled there by train from the main krakow station, the cost was around 4 pounds per person. Our guide was great and made the tour very interesting.

Trip was well organised with clear instructions on meeting points which were less than 500 yards from our hotel. When we got there we were met by an informative guide who explained the history of the mines in detail.
Definitivamente vale la pena hacer el viaje a la Mina de Sal de Wieliczka. Los autobuses desde Cracovia hacia/desde la mina salen aproximadamente cada 10 minutos y cuestan solo 4 zloty en cada sentido. ¡Muy interesante! Realmente disfrutamos este tour. Definitely worth the trip to Wieliczka Salt Mine. Buses from Krakow to/from the mine leave just about every 10 minutes and cost only 4 zloty each way. Very interesting! We really enjoyed this tour.
