Viaggio fantastico e viste straordinarie. Assolutamente una tappa obbligatoria durante una visita a Cracovia. L'autista è stato super disponibile e amichevole. Il tour guidato dura circa 7 ore più del tempo libero. Great trip and amazing views. Definitely a must see while in krakow. The driver was super helpful and friendly. The guided tour is around 7h plus some free time.

Sono arrivati prima dell'orario pubblicizzato per i prelievi al nostro hotel. Purtroppo avevamo già prenotato il nostro tour di Auschwitz con un'altra azienda che aveva anche specificato un ritiro in hotel. Non è stato così e abbiamo dovuto camminare oltre 20 minuti fino a un punto di incontro! Consigliamo di restare con Mr Shuttle. We also booked Airport transfers with Mr Shuttle. We highly recommend this company. The drivers were polite, well dressed and took care of our suitcases. They were earlier than advertised for the pick up times at our hotel. Sadly we had pre-booked our Austwitz tour with another company that also specified a hotel pick-up. This was not the case and we had to walk 20 plus minutes to a rendezvous point! We recommend sticking with Mr Shuttle.

Ho accidentalmente prenotato 2 viaggi nello stesso giorno, ho contattato il team del servizio clienti per chiedere se il viaggio alla Miniera di Sale potesse svolgersi nella data in cui inizialmente pensavo di aver prenotato il viaggio, oppure se non uno o due giorni dopo. L'agente del servizio clienti Daryna è stata fantastica, ha detto che avrebbe verificato cosa si poteva fare e ha detto che mi avrebbe richiamato. Entro 10 minuti mi ha richiamato per dire che il viaggio poteva svolgersi nella data in cui inizialmente pensavo di averlo prenotato o la domenica. Ero così sollevato perché pensavo che a causa del mio errore di prenotazione della data errata avrei perso i miei soldi (£97,00). L'autista è arrivato al nostro hotel in orario con un minibus Mercedes, che era molto confortevole e il viaggio alla Miniera di Sale è durato circa 20 minuti. L'intero viaggio dall'inizio all'ingresso e la consegna al nostro tour guide alla Miniera di Sale è stato perfetto. Le Miniere di Sale erano straordinarie e assolutamente degne di una visita, consiglio al 100% Mr Shuttle per questo tour, di gran lunga il prezzo migliore, avrei solo desiderato di trovarli per il tour di Auschwitz, poiché sarebbe stato molto più economico che prenotare tramite il nostro hotel. I accidentally booked 2 trips on the same day, I contacted the customer services team to ask if the trip to the Salt Mine could go ahead on the day I initially thought I had booked the trip for, or if not a day or 2 later. The customer service advisor Daryna was great, she said she would look nto what could be done and said woud call me back. Within 10 minutes she called me back to say the trip could take place on either the date I initially thought I'd booked it for or the Sunday.. I was so relived as I thought due to my own error of booking the incorrect date I would have lost my money (£97.00). The driver arrived at our hotel on time in a Mercedes people carrier, which was very comfortable and the journey to the Salt mine took approx 20 minutes. The whole trip from start to the entry and handing over to the guide at the Salt mines was seamless. Salt mines were amazing and well worth the visit, 100% recommend Mr Shuttle for this tour, by far the best price, only wish we had found them for the Auschwitz tour, as they would have worked out far cheaper than booking through our hotel. The drivers were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Siamo arrivati alla miniera, ci è stata fornita una spiegazione del tour... Siamo entrati nella miniera, abbiamo visto come i minatori lavoravano la miniera... Abbiamo camminato attraverso i tunnel che avevano creato... Siamo entrati in alcune camere straordinarie, abbiamo visto laghi di sale e piccole cappelle create dai minatori... La guida è stata molto utile e informativa... Il tour è durato circa 90 minuti... Consiglierei questo viaggio a chiunque, è stato veramente straordinario. Pensavo che il posto sarebbe stato scuro e umido, ma non lo era... Complimenti alle persone che gestiscono questo luogo, dando a tutti una visione di come lavoravano la miniera.... Complimenti.... We arrived at the mine, given a breakdown of the tour... Went into the mine, saw how the miners worked the mine... Walked along the tunnels they had created... Went into some amazing chambers, saw salt lakes & little chapels the miners created... The guide was very helpful and informative.. The tour lasted about 90 mins... I would recommend this trip to anyone was truly amazing, thought the place would have been dark and damp, but, it wasn't... Well done to the people who run this place, giving everyone an insight as to how they worked the mine.... Well done....

Ero un po' preoccupato riguardo al tour poiché non ero sicuro di quanto claustrofobico si sarebbe sentito, ma in realtà non si è sentito affatto così. L'esperienza vale la pena visitarla solo per la caverna; molto impressionante. Tuttavia, scarpe comode sono un must! I was a bit worried about the tour as I wasn't sure how claustrophobic it would feel but actually it didn't feel it at all. The experience is worth a visit for the cavern alone; very impressive. Comfortable shoes are a must though!

The driver was very friendly and made sure we always knew when and where to meet etc. This was a very professional, well organised trip and I would highly recommend this company!

All locations visited were impactful in different ways, and all experiences a must do when visiting Poland. Our guides both at Auschwitz-Birkenau, and the salt mines were exceptional. Mr Shuttle arranged our transportation beautifully - on time pick up, modern and clean van, very polite driver. The bagged lunch was tasty, and filling / exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this tour.

The first part of the trip was very informative about ww2 and the holocaust, with the second part being equally as interesting, the tour guides were full of knowledge and left us with very little questions. The driver was also very helpful and friendly. All together a great experience and would highly recommend others to do this double experience. ?

La visita ad Auschwitz è stimolante e difficile da elaborare, ma ho trovato anche inquietante la parte di Birkenau del viaggio, forse a causa della desolazione del luogo. Se vieni in inverno come abbiamo fatto noi, vestiti calorosamente perché un vento gelido spazza i siti. La seconda parte del viaggio alla Miniera di Sale è stata straordinaria, davvero meritevole di una visita, molti gradini verso il basso ma un ascensore per risalire. Alcuni paesaggi bellissimi da vedere in questa miniera. Guide diverse al mattino e al pomeriggio, entrambe eccellenti. Direi che assicurati di stare al passo con le guide perché non tendono ad aspettare gli ultimi arrivati e rimarrai indietro. Giornata straordinaria. Excellent trip, very well worth the money if you are short on time, the trip to Auschwitz is thought provoking and hard to take in, but also found the Birkenau part of the trip disquieting, perhaps because of the bleakness of the place. If you go in winter as we did, dress warmly as the bitter wind sweeps across the sites. The second part of the trip to the Salt Mine was amazing, truly well worth a visit, lots of steps down but a lift back up. Some beautiful sights to see in this mine. Different guides for the morning and afternoon, both excellent. I would say to make sure you keep up with the guides as they don’t tend to wait for stragglers and you will get left behind. Excellent day out.

Lunch was incredible and far more than we expected with plenty of choice and fuel to keep us going.
