Tutti i luoghi visitati sono stati affascinanti in diversi modi, e tutte le esperienze sono un must quando si visita la Polonia. Le nostre guide sia ad Auschwitz-Birkenau che nelle miniere di sale sono state eccezionali. Mr Shuttle ha organizzato il nostro trasporto magnificamente - ritiro puntuale, furgone moderno e pulito, autista molto educato. Il pranzo al sacco era gustoso e abbondante / ha superato le nostre aspettative. Consiglierei decisamente questo tour. All locations visited were impactful in different ways, and all experiences a must do when visiting Poland. Our guides both at Auschwitz-Birkenau, and the salt mines were exceptional. Mr Shuttle arranged our transportation beautifully - on time pick up, modern and clean van, very polite driver. The bagged lunch was tasty, and filling / exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this tour.

The first part of the trip was very informative about ww2 and the holocaust, with the second part being equally as interesting, the tour guides were full of knowledge and left us with very little questions. The driver was also very helpful and friendly. All together a great experience and would highly recommend others to do this double experience. ?

Gita eccellente, molto conveniente se hai poco tempo. La visita ad Auschwitz è stimolante e difficile da elaborare, ma ho trovato anche inquietante la parte di Birkenau del viaggio, forse a causa della desolazione del luogo. Se vieni in inverno come abbiamo fatto noi, vestiti calorosamente perché un vento gelido spazza i siti. La seconda parte del viaggio alla Miniera di Sale è stata straordinaria, davvero meritevole di una visita, molti gradini verso il basso ma un ascensore per risalire. Alcuni paesaggi bellissimi da vedere in questa miniera. Guide diverse al mattino e al pomeriggio, entrambe eccellenti. Direi che assicurati di stare al passo con le guide perché non tendono ad aspettare gli ultimi arrivati e rimarrai indietro. Giornata straordinaria. Excellent trip, very well worth the money if you are short on time, the trip to Auschwitz is thought provoking and hard to take in, but also found the Birkenau part of the trip disquieting, perhaps because of the bleakness of the place. If you go in winter as we did, dress warmly as the bitter wind sweeps across the sites. The second part of the trip to the Salt Mine was amazing, truly well worth a visit, lots of steps down but a lift back up. Some beautiful sights to see in this mine. Different guides for the morning and afternoon, both excellent. I would say to make sure you keep up with the guides as they don’t tend to wait for stragglers and you will get left behind. Excellent day out.

A moving tour that balanced the important and moving tour of Auschwitz with the incredible sights of the Salt Mine brilliantly and respectfully. The day ran incredibly smoothly and all the guides and our tour host were welcoming and helpful. We were picked up and dropped off just outside our air bnb which made the early start super easy! Lunch was incredible and far more than we expected with plenty of choice and fuel to keep us going.

We were picked up on time by Tomas (mr shuttle). Tomas is a great driver; superb English, funny and friendly. Auschwitz and Birkenhau tours were very humbling and thought-provoking. Our guide was very knowledgeable and had an association with Auschwitz through her uncles. Lunch was lovely - tasty and filling. The Salt Mines were awesome due to the size and splendour. Be aware there are several hundred steps to take down to the different levels but there is a lift back to the surface (phew ?).

Un'esperienza imprescindibile! Combinare entrambi in un giorno è lungo ma decisamente il modo giusto per farlo. La guida era molto esperta, aveva molte informazioni di background sulle circostanze che hanno portato all'Olocausto ebraico. Must do experience! Combing both in one day is long but definitely the right way to do it. The guide was very experienced, have a lot of background info about the circumstances that led to the Jewish holocaust. Although a sombre visit when it comes to Auschwitz it is something that everybody has to do. The salt mine was a unique visit and nothing of what a mine I imagined to be!

Recentemente sono stato a Cracovia e ho utilizzato Krakow Shuttle and Tours per il trasferimento di andata e ritorno dall'aeroporto al mio hotel e ho fatto la loro escursione di un giorno ad Auschwitz-Birkenau e alla Miniera di Sale. Lo shuttle è stato puntuale in tutte le occasioni, spesso mi stava già aspettando 15 minuti prima dell'orario di ritiro. I was recently in Krakow and used Krakow Shuttle and Tours for return transfer from the airport to my hotel and did their Auschwitz-Birkenau/Salt Mine day tour. The shuttle was on time on all occasions, often already waiting for me 15 mins before pick up time.
