Esperienza eccellente. Il ritiro in hotel ne è valsa la pena. Il viaggio è stato effettuato in un furgone a 8 posti e ci siamo incontrati con altri gruppi ad Auschwitz e nella miniera di sale. Entrambe le guide in ogni luogo erano molto brave. Il pranzo fornito era gustoso e sostanzioso. La guida ha anche dato buoni consigli sui ristoranti di Cracovia. Excellent experience. The at-hotel pickup was worth it. The drive was done in a 8-passenger van and we met up with other groups at Auschwitz and at the salt mine. Both guides at each location were very good. The lunch provided was tasty and substantial. The guide also gave good advice about restaurants in Krakow.

Abbiamo avuto un servizio porta a porta e l'intero viaggio che copre 3 siti è stato estremamente ben organizzato e ci è stata risparmiata molta attesa. Le guide erano tutte eccellenti. Consiglio vivamente Mr Shuttle e questo viaggio. Si prega di notare che questa è una giornata lunga, c'è molto cammino e scale, quindi avrete bisogno di buona mobilità e di essere in grado di camminare diversi chilometri complessivamente. We had door to door service and the whole trip which is over 3 sites was extremely well organised and we were saved alot of queuing. Guides were all excellent. Thoroughly recommend Mr Shuttle and this trip. Please be aware that this is a long day, there is a lot of walking and stairs so you will need good mobility and able to walk a few miles collectively. All 3 sites are a must see

Le guide turistiche che abbiamo avuto sia ad Auschwitz (Jakub) che nelle miniere di sale (Małgorzata l'insegnante!) erano di altissimo livello! 10/10 per entrambi! Excellent company. Worked like clockwork. Was picked up at our apartment at 6am - very comfy bus and Tom was a good driver. The tour guides we had both in Aushwitz (Jakub) and the Salt mines (Małgorzata the teacher!) were of a high callibre! 10/10 for both!

Purtroppo avevamo già prenotato il nostro tour di Auschwitz con un'altra azienda che aveva anche specificato un ritiro in hotel. Non è stato così e abbiamo dovuto camminare oltre 20 minuti fino a un punto di incontro! Consigliamo di restare con Mr Shuttle. We also booked Airport transfers with Mr Shuttle. We highly recommend this company. The drivers were polite, well dressed and took care of our suitcases. They were earlier than advertised for the pick up times at our hotel. Sadly we had pre-booked our Austwitz tour with another company that also specified a hotel pick-up. This was not the case and we had to walk 20 plus minutes to a rendezvous point! We recommend sticking with Mr Shuttle.

Servizio clienti fantastico! Ho accidentalmente prenotato 2 viaggi nello stesso giorno, ho contattato il team del servizio clienti per chiedere se il viaggio alla Miniera di Sale potesse svolgersi nella data in cui inizialmente pensavo di aver prenotato il viaggio, oppure se non uno o due giorni dopo. L'agente del servizio clienti Daryna è stata fantastica, ha detto che avrebbe verificato cosa si poteva fare e ha detto che mi avrebbe richiamato. Entro 10 minuti mi ha richiamato per dire che il viaggio poteva svolgersi nella data in cui inizialmente pensavo di averlo prenotato o la domenica. Ero così sollevato perché pensavo che a causa del mio errore di prenotazione della data errata avrei perso i miei soldi (£97,00). L'autista è arrivato al nostro hotel in orario con un minibus Mercedes, che era molto confortevole e il viaggio alla Miniera di Sale è durato circa 20 minuti. L'intero viaggio dall'inizio all'ingresso e la consegna al nostro tour guide alla Miniera di Sale è stato perfetto. Le Miniere di Sale erano straordinarie e assolutamente degne di una visita, consiglio al 100% Mr Shuttle per questo tour, di gran lunga il prezzo migliore, avrei solo desiderato di trovarli per il tour di Auschwitz, poiché sarebbe stato molto più economico che prenotare tramite il nostro hotel. I accidentally booked 2 trips on the same day, I contacted the customer services team to ask if the trip to the Salt Mine could go ahead on the day I initially thought I had booked the trip for, or if not a day or 2 later. The customer service advisor Daryna was great, she said she would look nto what could be done and said woud call me back. Within 10 minutes she called me back to say the trip could take place on either the date I initially thought I'd booked it for or the Sunday.. I was so relived as I thought due to my own error of booking the incorrect date I would have lost my money (£97.00). The driver arrived at our hotel on time in a Mercedes people carrier, which was very comfortable and the journey to the Salt mine took approx 20 minutes. The whole trip from start to the entry and handing over to the guide at the Salt mines was seamless. Salt mines were amazing and well worth the visit, 100% recommend Mr Shuttle for this tour, by far the best price, only wish we had found them for the Auschwitz tour, as they would have worked out far cheaper than booking through our hotel. The drivers were very helpful and knowledgeable.

La guida è stata molto utile e informativa... Il tour è durato circa 90 minuti... Consiglierei questo viaggio a chiunque, è stato veramente straordinario. Pensavo che il posto sarebbe stato scuro e umido, ma non lo era... Complimenti alle persone che gestiscono questo luogo, dando a tutti una visione di come lavoravano la miniera.... Complimenti.... We arrived at the mine, given a breakdown of the tour... Went into the mine, saw how the miners worked the mine... Walked along the tunnels they had created... Went into some amazing chambers, saw salt lakes & little chapels the miners created... The guide was very helpful and informative.. The tour lasted about 90 mins... I would recommend this trip to anyone was truly amazing, thought the place would have been dark and damp, but, it wasn't... Well done to the people who run this place, giving everyone an insight as to how they worked the mine.... Well done....

Ero un po' preoccupato riguardo al tour poiché non ero sicuro di quanto claustrofobico si sarebbe sentito, ma in realtà non si è sentito affatto così. I was a bit worried about the tour as I wasn't sure how claustrophobic it would feel but actually it didn't feel it at all. The experience is worth a visit for the cavern alone; very impressive.
