The experience in Auschwitz and Birkenau were both sad and shocking. The guide did a great job with this sobering subject. The tour through the salt mine was fun and light-hearted, which allowed some emotional recovery.

Received a pick up time the day before via text, we were collected on time and were shown a video on the way to Auschwitz. Getting into all the sites was quick and easy with MrShuttle sorting all the tickets. The guides provided at all sites were brilliant and very knowledgable. Lunch was excellent, plenty of tasty food to keep us going throughout the long day. Would highly recommend!

Ho apprezzato molto la giornata intera. This was a great trip. The scenery along the way is lovely and the driver put a video about Auschwitz-Birkenau on to watch. The tour is done in a sensitive but informative way. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Lunch provided was lovely. The salt mine was interesting with cheap gift shop buys and delicious ice cream! Thoroughly enjoyed the whole day.

The young tour guide at Auschwitz was a little difficult to understand and the salt mine was very interesting. Bring comfy shoes!!! Lots of walking!

Booking the trip was easy and the trip was very professionally run. The transfer was very comfortable. It was very quick getting into Auschwitz with the guide who was also great and made the trip for me, giving us plenty of information and letting us take it all in. It was a very moving experience. The salt mine was very good also, and I would visit again. The whole day was good, it was a full day and I would consider both trips separately.

The day was thought provoking but fantastic and Slawek was an excellent tour guide/host. Visiting Auschwith, Birkenau & then the Wieliczka Salt Mine was an experience and his comments and input was very helpful.

Abbiamo prenotato Krakow Shuttle in anticipo per TUTTI i nostri trasferimenti e Tour in base alle eccellenti recensioni su Tripadvisor. (Aeroporto-Cracovia-Aeroporto, il Tour di un giorno ad Auschwitz-Birkenau/Miniere di sale e anche il Viaggio di un giorno a Zakopane) Posso confermareche non abbiamo avuto assolutamente nessun problema, utilizzano conducenti giovani molto piacevoli e disponibili, che erano sempre ad aspettarci prima dell'orario di ritiro. We pre-booked Krakow Shuttle for ALL our transfers and Tours based on the excellent reviews on Tripadvisor. (Airport-Krakow-Airport, the one day Tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau/Salt Mines and also the one day Trip to Zakopane) i can confirm we had absolutely no problems at all, they use young very pleasant helpful drivers, who were always waiting on us before our pick up time.

The Krakow shuttle guides were helpful. Well organised and kept us informed of the plan throughout the day. The guides at Auschwitz and the Salt Mine were excellent. They were engaging, and patient and answered all questions.

The two visits were complete contrasts - the appalling history of Auschwitz was very moving, while the salt mine was fun and interesting (even if the gnomes were a bit bizarre!), with stunning salt carvings, particularly in St Kinga's chapel.
