Excelente empresa.. gran comunicación y puntual. Christian, el conductor, fue encantador. Tuvimos servicio de puerta a puerta y todo el viaje que abarca 3 sitios fue extremadamente bien organizado y nos evitaron muchas colas. Los guías fueron todos excelentes. Recomiendo ampliamente Mr Shuttle y este viaje. Excellent company.. great communication and punctual. Christian the driver was lovely. We had door to door service and the whole trip which is over 3 sites was extremely well organised and we were saved alot of queuing. Guides were all excellent. Thoroughly recommend Mr Shuttle and this trip. Please be aware that this is a long day, there is a lot of walking and stairs so you will need good mobility and able to walk a few miles collectively. All 3 sites are a must see

Nos recogieron en nuestro apartamento a las 6am - autobús muy cómodo y Tom fue un buen conductor. ¡Los guías turísticos que tuvimos tanto en Auschwitz (Jakub) como en las minas de sal (¡Małgorzata la maestra!) fueron de muy alto nivel! ¡10/10 para ambos! Excellent company. Worked like clockwork. Was picked up at our apartment at 6am - very comfy bus and Tom was a good driver. The tour guides we had both in Aushwitz (Jakub) and the Salt mines (Małgorzata the teacher!) were of a high callibre! 10/10 for both!

Este no fue el caso y tuvimos que caminar más de 20 minutos hasta un punto de encuentro. Recomendamos quedarse con Mr Shuttle. We also booked Airport transfers with Mr Shuttle. We highly recommend this company. The drivers were polite, well dressed and took care of our suitcases. They were earlier than advertised for the pick up times at our hotel. Sadly we had pre-booked our Austwitz tour with another company that also specified a hotel pick-up. This was not the case and we had to walk 20 plus minutes to a rendezvous point! We recommend sticking with Mr Shuttle.

El conductor llegó a nuestro hotel a tiempo en una camioneta de pasajeros Mercedes, que era muy cómoda y el viaje a la Mina de Sal tomó aproximadamente 20 minutos. Todo el viaje desde el inicio hasta la entrada y la entrega al guía en las Minas de Sal fue perfecto. Las Minas de Sal fueron sorprendentes y bien vale la pena visitarlas, recomiendo 100% a Mr Shuttle para este tour, con mucho, el mejor precio, solo desearía haberlos encontrado para el tour de Auschwitz, ya que habría sido mucho más barato que reservar a través de nuestro hotel. I accidentally booked 2 trips on the same day, I contacted the customer services team to ask if the trip to the Salt Mine could go ahead on the day I initially thought I had booked the trip for, or if not a day or 2 later. The customer service advisor Daryna was great, she said she would look nto what could be done and said woud call me back. Within 10 minutes she called me back to say the trip could take place on either the date I initially thought I'd booked it for or the Sunday.. I was so relived as I thought due to my own error of booking the incorrect date I would have lost my money (£97.00). The driver arrived at our hotel on time in a Mercedes people carrier, which was very comfortable and the journey to the Salt mine took approx 20 minutes. The whole trip from start to the entry and handing over to the guide at the Salt mines was seamless. Salt mines were amazing and well worth the visit, 100% recommend Mr Shuttle for this tour, by far the best price, only wish we had found them for the Auschwitz tour, as they would have worked out far cheaper than booking through our hotel. The drivers were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Llegamos a la mina, nos dieron una explicación del recorrido... Entramos en la mina, vimos cómo los mineros trabajaban en la mina... Caminamos por los túneles que habían creado... Entramos en algunas cámaras increíbles, vimos lagos de sal y pequeñas capillas que los mineros crearon... El guía fue muy servicial e informativo... El recorrido duró aproximadamente 90 minutos... Recomendaría este viaje a cualquiera, fue realmente increíble. Pensé que el lugar sería oscuro y húmedo, pero no fue así... Felicitaciones a las personas que manejan este lugar, ofreciendo a todos una visión de cómo trabajaron la mina.... Felicitaciones.... We arrived at the mine, given a breakdown of the tour... Went into the mine, saw how the miners worked the mine... Walked along the tunnels they had created... Went into some amazing chambers, saw salt lakes & little chapels the miners created... The guide was very helpful and informative.. The tour lasted about 90 mins... I would recommend this trip to anyone was truly amazing, thought the place would have been dark and damp, but, it wasn't... Well done to the people who run this place, giving everyone an insight as to how they worked the mine.... Well done....

Estaba un poco preocupado por la tour ya que no estaba seguro de cuán claustrofóbica se sentiría, pero en realidad no se sintió así en absoluto. I was a bit worried about the tour as I wasn't sure how claustrophobic it would feel but actually it didn't feel it at all. The experience is worth a visit for the cavern alone; very impressive. Comfortable shoes are a must though!

All locations visited were impactful in different ways, and all experiences a must do when visiting Poland. Our guides both at Auschwitz-Birkenau, and the salt mines were exceptional. Mr Shuttle arranged our transportation beautifully - on time pick up, modern and clean van, very polite driver. The bagged lunch was tasty, and filling / exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this tour.
