La primera parte del viaje fue muy informativa sobre la Segunda Guerra Mundial y el Holocausto, siendo la segunda parte igualmente interesante. Los guías turísticos estaban llenos de conocimiento y nos dejaron con muy pocas preguntas. El conductor también fue muy servicial y amable. En general, una experiencia excelente y recomendaría altamente a otros que realicen esta experiencia doble. The first part of the trip was very informative about ww2 and the holocaust, with the second part being equally as interesting, the tour guides were full of knowledge and left us with very little questions. The driver was also very helpful and friendly. All together a great experience and would highly recommend others to do this double experience. ?

Excelente viaje, muy bien invertido si tienes poco tiempo. La visita a Auschwitz es reflexiva y difícil de asimilar, pero también encontré inquietante la parte de Birkenau del viaje, quizás por la desolación del lugar. Si vas en invierno como nosotros, abrígate bien ya que un viento gélido barre los sitios. La segunda parte del viaje a la Mina de Sal fue increíble, realmente vale la pena visitarla, muchos escalones hacia abajo pero un ascensor de regreso. Algunos paisajes hermosos que ver en esta mina. Guías diferentes por la mañana y la tarde, ambos excelentes. Diría que te asegures de mantener el ritmo con los guías ya que no tienden a esperar a los rezagados y te quedarás atrás. Excelente día de excursión. Excellent trip, very well worth the money if you are short on time, the trip to Auschwitz is thought provoking and hard to take in, but also found the Birkenau part of the trip disquieting, perhaps because of the bleakness of the place. If you go in winter as we did, dress warmly as the bitter wind sweeps across the sites. The second part of the trip to the Salt Mine was amazing, truly well worth a visit, lots of steps down but a lift back up. Some beautiful sights to see in this mine. Different guides for the morning and afternoon, both excellent. I would say to make sure you keep up with the guides as they don’t tend to wait for stragglers and you will get left behind. Excellent day out.

A moving tour that balanced the important and moving tour of Auschwitz with the incredible sights of the Salt Mine brilliantly and respectfully. The day ran incredibly smoothly and all the guides and our tour host were welcoming and helpful. We were picked up and dropped off just outside our air bnb which made the early start super easy! Lunch was incredible and far more than we expected with plenty of choice and fuel to keep us going.

Un día excelente en general. Nos recogió puntualmente Tomas (Mr. Shuttle). Tomas es un excelente conductor; inglés impecable, divertido y amable. Los tours de Auschwitz y Birkenau fueron muy humildes y provocadores. Nuestra guía era muy conocedora y tenía una conexión con Auschwitz a través de sus tíos. El almuerzo fue encantador - sabroso y abundante. Las Minas de Sal fueron increíbles por su tamaño y esplendor. Tenga en cuenta que hay varios cientos de escalones para bajar a los diferentes niveles pero hay un ascensor de regreso a la superficie (¡uf!). Excellent day throughout. We were picked up on time by Tomas (mr shuttle). Tomas is a great driver; superb English, funny and friendly. Auschwitz and Birkenhau tours were very humbling and thought-provoking. Our guide was very knowledgeable and had an association with Auschwitz through her uncles. Lunch was lovely - tasty and filling. The Salt Mines were awesome due to the size and splendour. Be aware there are several hundred steps to take down to the different levels but there is a lift back to the surface (phew ?).

¡Experiencia imprescindible! Combinar ambas en un día es largo pero definitivamente la forma correcta de hacerlo. La guía era muy experimentada, tenía mucha información de antecedentes sobre las circunstancias que llevaron al holocausto judío. Aunque es una visita sombría cuando se trata de Auschwitz, es algo que todos deben hacer. La mina de sal fue una visita única y nada de lo que imaginaba que sería una mina. Must do experience! Combing both in one day is long but definitely the right way to do it. The guide was very experienced, have a lot of background info about the circumstances that led to the Jewish holocaust. Although a sombre visit when it comes to Auschwitz it is something that everybody has to do. The salt mine was a unique visit and nothing of what a mine I imagined to be!

We also like our tour guide in auschwitz and salt mine. Both are very knowledgeable. It is very good that they've shown us video about auschwitz while we are on the bus going there. Recientemente estuve en Cracovia y utilicé Krakow Shuttle and Tours para el traslado de ida y vuelta desde el aeropuerto a mi hotel e hice su excursión de un día a Auschwitz-Birkenau y la Mina de Sal. El servicio de transporte fue puntual en todas las ocasiones, a menudo ya estaba esperándome 15 minutos antes de la hora de recogida. I was recently in Krakow and used Krakow Shuttle and Tours for return transfer from the airport to my hotel and did their Auschwitz-Birkenau/Salt Mine day tour. The shuttle was on time on all occasions, often already waiting for me 15 mins before pick up time.
