The tour guide for Auschwitz did an impeccable job; she was informative, knowledgeable, and found just the right tone for such a serious and sensitive subject matter. Our driver was professional, skilled and friendly. Overall a neat perfect day. Thank you!

The driver picked me up on time, they spoke good English, and took very good care of us the whole day. The packed lunch was big enough. Everything was super! Please believe when they write that there are a lot of stairs and walking: we walked 15000 steps on the day and it is not suitable for someone with a walking stick!

Our driver was great and our tour guide round Auschwitz was extremely knowledgeable and guided the tour with the upmost respect. She was absolutely fantastic. The saltines were very interesting, again our guide was extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommended both tours.

Qué servicio increíble. Nos recogieron en una minibús y nos llevaron a un punto de encuentro central. Tomasz luego nos acompañó durante el día. Fue tan servicial y amable, sabíamos exactamente dónde teníamos que estar y cuándo, y tuvimos mucho tiempo libre para refrescos. What an amazing service. We were collected by a mini bus & taken to a central meeting point. Tomasz then took us for the day. He was so helpful & friendly, we knew exactly where we needed to be & when & had plenty of free time for refreshments. El autobús llegó aproximadamente 10 minutos después de la hora prevista y era cómodo. Buena comunicación y servicio al cliente. Lo recomendaría. Gracias a Tomas, nuestro conductor. Booked a day trip to Auschwitz and salt mines. Received a text and a WhatsApp the night before confirming time of pickup and also same again an hour before collection. Arrived 10 mins after approx time, bus comfortable. Good communication and customer service. Would recommend. Thank you to Tomas our driver.

Muy buen servicio, recomendaría altamente usar Mr.Shuttle para este tour. Es un día largo y aconsejaría elegir la opción de comida para su viaje. El conductor fue muy conversador y tenía mucho conocimiento sobre Auschwitz y las Minas de Sal. Very good service, would highly recommend using Mr.Shuttle for this tour. It is a long day and i would advise to go with the food option for your trip. The driver was very chatty and had a lot of knowledge on Auschwitz & The Salt Mines.
La gira fue muy bien organizada e informativa. Comenzamos en el autobús con una película documental que nos preparó para la gira. Auschwitz-Birkenau fue una experiencia muy solemne, emotiva y sobria. La Mina de Sal fue sorprendente y muy hermosa. El almuerzo empaquetado fue delicioso y bien merecido el extra. Nuestro conductor/guía turístico Michael fue excelente y muy servicial, incluso hasta el punto de reparar las gafas rotas de mi amigo. Puedo recomendar ampliamente a Mr Shuttle. The tour was so well organised and very informative. Starting on the bus with a documentary film which prepared us for the tour. Auschwitz-Birkenau was a very solemn, emotional and sobering experience. The Salt Mine amazing and very beautiful. The packed lunch was delicious and well worth the extra. Our driver/tour guide Michael was excellent and so helpful, even to the point of fixing my friends broken spectacles. I can highly recommend Mr Shuttle.
Un día emocional y agotador pero bien vale la pena y excelente servicio de Mr Shuttle. Krakow a Auschwitz nos tomó aproximadamente 1 hora 20 en el autobús y de Birkenau de vuelta a las Minas de Sal de Wieliczka nos tomó aproximadamente 1 hora 30. En general, creo que este es un viaje fantástico si quieres ver 3 de los principales sitios de Krakow en un día. A emotional and tiring day but well worth it and great service by Mr Shuttle. Krakow to Auschwitz took us a good 1 hour 20 on the coach and from Birkenau back to Wieliczka Salt Mines that took a good 1 hour 30. Overall I think this is a fantastic trip if you want to see 3 of Krakow's main sites in one day.

We were met at Auschwitz by our Tour Guide who was brilliant and very knowledgeable. We then had lunch, all provided, nice and fresh. Then moved onto Salt Mines, a very worthwhile place to see. Could not fault Krakow Shuttle, excellent service, very clean and on time!
