Only by correctly filling out the application form and sending it with the services chosen.
In the event of incorrectly completing the application form the user bears all personal responsibility for any actions.
The Operator is not accountable for the unavailability to access the reservation system, for security or any other reason regardless of the contributing Operator.
The Operator holds the right to refuse access to the above pages for matters of security and any inaccurate irregularities.
Reservations are approved provided that a charge has been debited from the user’s valid credit card account.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
For incoming transfers, Guests are always collected by the driver directly from the arrivals hall at the airport who holds a welcome board with the provided name. Driver’s waiting time is max. 60 minutes from the time of the plane’s arrival. After that time, the Driver will be called off. If – for some reason – You cannot find our representative, please move to the nearest information desk and immediately call the office at +48 510 560 000. If you need more time at the airport than 60 minutes, the additional fee of 100PLN will be charged by the driver. Please note, that Mr Shuttle is not responsible for any delays at the airport (e.g. queues to the passport control, lost luggage, etc.).
For return trips, Guests should always wait at the reception desk of the hotel or hostel or in front of the main entrance of the accommodation. The driver’s waiting time is a maximum of 15 minutes. After that time, the Driver will be called off. If, for some reason, you cannot find our representative, please move to the nearest information desk and immediately call the office at +48 510 560 000.
Please note that we provide sedan cars for booking for 3 people. Vans are available from 4 people. This does not concern transfers in Albania, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Finland, Nice standard transfers, Valencia, Ibiza, the Netherlands, Malta, Mexico, or Romania. In those destinations, standard cars are provided for up to 4 people and vans for 5 or more travelers. Make sure to book the correct car for your needs. If you require more space for your luggage, please increase the number of people in your booking and specify the number of people and amount of luggage in the notes.
TOURS
The duration of the tours is always approximate.
MKG Travel provides door-to-door transportation where possible from Krakow. Additional charges might be added for pick-ups from addresses outside the city centre.
All regular tours are always operated in English. Other languages are available on request.
DISCOUNTS FOR TOURS/CHILD SEATS
Student/child discount is for tourists under 25 years, and holders of an international student ID card or passport.
Child seats are available for all services, but the Operator must be notified in advance. No extra charge will be added.
The discount codes available on the website or sent in the newsletter should be used during the booking process on the website or through email. It is not possible to use the discount code to receive a refund on the existing booking.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
In case of making payment via credit card, the user is obligated to enter and complete all the required credit card details.
Authorization and accounts are dealt with through the internet service of the PayPal company, on a secure SSL connection.
In the case of the lack of funds on the credit card the amount due towards the payment of the reservation, the reservation becomes ineffective.
If the payment is done with cash to MKG’s representative (either for an airport transfer or a tour), a receipt – if requested – can be sent to provided e-mail address within 7 days after the service is finished.
Each product might have a different cancellation policy, so details on the booking page should be read carefully.
Payment is in Polish zlotys (PLN), and the values given in EURO and USD, are only rough estimates and approximations, converted from the average exchange rate of NBP on the given day.
For bookings over 4 people, we might require prepayments.
If you are traveling within Poland, You can pick the Book Now & Pay Later payment method when booking a service at least 72 hours (three days) ahead. At least 48 hours (two days) ahead of your reservation, you will receive an email with payment details and a payment link. The payment has to be done and accepted up to 24 hours (one day) ahead of your service. Otherwise, it will be automatically canceled – for free, of course.
CONFIRMATION
The system of the web pages functions automatically, on the basis of an independent reservation by the person making it, and apart from the information given to the Client by the system, additional confirmation from the Operator is not required.
In the case of inaccessibility of the service at the given moment, for example, due to an insufficient number of participants, the Operator will, in the moment of a change in the situation, send information about its access to the e-mail address or phone number given by the person making the reservation on the form.
Confirmation of the acquired service is available as a voucher printout, containing data about the type of trip, the date, and when it will take place.
OPERATORS EXTENDED RESPONSIBILITY
In the case of impossible execution of the service, due to reasons irrespective of the operator, he must commit himself to the refund made by the person reserving the payment of the service.
The return of the payment made by the person reserving the excursion exhausts, on the whole, any claims of his from the title of the service that have not been executed.
A refund will come up on the credit card (refund on the card).
MKG cannot be held liable for any delays, irregularity, strikes, loss, or left of luggage and of any other personal item.
MKG is not responsible for mechanical breakdowns, government actions, weather conditions, acts of God, misconnections, related expenses to/from flights, or other circumstances beyond its control. To guard against unforeseen circumstances, we strongly recommend that you purchase optional travel insurance.
In the event of any stains, dirt, or damage caused to the vehicle, the customer will be held financially responsible and charged a fee starting from 300 PLN.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the case of cancellation, Mr.Shuttle shall refund the total amount of the ticket if requested at least 24 hours prior to the pickup time. If the cancellation is requested later, no refund will be given. Please note that a full refund does not apply to tours including visiting the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum as admission tickets are non-refundable. All tours that include a private guide in Auschwitz can be amended or canceled up to 7 days before the date.
Any changes for services outside of Poland made for less than 72h before the service, are subject to availability. Please carefully review your booking.
Private tours and group bookings (for more than 5 people) do not apply to the 24-hour cancellation policy. Each booking should be considered individually and checked if it applies to a refund. MrShuttle might be forced to pay a deposit for a group, which can be nonrefundable also to the client.
All refunds are provided within 14 working days from cancellation.
PERSONAL DATA
1. The administrator of personal information given by the Tourist in making the reservation is the Organiser – MKG SP.ZOO. SP.KOM
2. The Tourist is entitled to access his or her personal information and has the right to change it. The Tourist may at any point resign from giving permission to use his or her personal information for marketing purposes as well as resign from receiving marketing information via email by submitting a declaration in the office of the Organiser, or via email [email protected].
3. All Clients’ personal information may be used only for contact purposes regarding the tourist event.
4. All Clients’ personal information (name, surname, telephone number, email address) provided by the Client using the website http://booking.mkgroup.co/ will not be shared or sold to third parties for any purpose.
5. By making a reservation online, the User consents to the inclusion of their personal data in the database of the system from the mentioned websites.
The stored data will be used for the purpose of processing the reservation, for future services to simplify the process of making additional reservations, as well as for marketing purposes in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016.

ACCEPTATION OF RESERVATION CONDITIONS ON THE INTERNET
Selecting the option ‘I agree’ indicates, that the Client understands and accepts all the conditions of the Regulations. If the Client does not accept the conditions of the Regulations the result is a return to the main service page. If the booking is made through email, text message, or WhatsApp, the clients confirm that they read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
