We will pick you up early from your hotel. You will receive an e-mail and a text message one day before the tour with the exact pick-up time. Usually, it's around 8.30 - 9.00 a.m.

Visiting Malbork Castle - 3 hours

Note that Monday visits are shorter due to some exhibitions closure and they take 1,5-2 hours.

Malbork Castle - the UNESCO World heritage site
The history of the Castle dates back to the 13th century when the Teutonic Knights decided to build a mighty structure, which was originally intended as an Ordensburg fortress. Throughout time, the Castle was destroyed a couple of times. Eventually, in 1961 it became the headquarters of the Castle Museum in Malbork and in 1997 a UNESCO world heritage site.
The Teutonic Order decided to divide the construction into 4 parts, all available to sightsee. During the 3 hours tour, you will be able to visit interesting parts of the museum such as drawbridges, courtyards, St. Anne's Chapel, terraces, Grand Master garden and much more. The Teutonic Order first originated in Acre, Kingdom of Jerusalem. Formed in 1192, the military order helped Christians in the Holy Land. However, after the conquest of Old Prussia, around 1280 they decided to extend the area and start to build this grand, astonishing castle in Malbork.
