Great trip. There was a lot to see at the bottom of the funicular that we weren’t aware of. Maybe a bit more information on the amount of stalls/shops would be beneficial then we wouldn’t have stayed at the top as long. Apart from that 10/10 once again

Perfect day from start to finish. Our driver Mark was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Loved Zakopane and the cheese and vodka experience. The thermal spa was really lovely as well

Mark was a fantastic guide, very informative and friendly throughout, loved the trip despite the poor weather! Especially enjoyed the thermal baths, great fun. Would definitely recommend this trip.

Nice day trip out of Krakow. Our driver, Rsphael, was great. Could maybe have had a bit more time in Zakopane itself. Grest view from the top though.

We had an amazing day in Zakopane with our tour guide, Rafal! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. He showed us some beautiful places, shared lots of interesting information about the area, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the day.

The day was filled with new sites and opportunity to learn about the Area ending with a fun relaxing time at the thermal baths. We find Mr Shuttle to be . Reliable choice and will use them again.

This tour was wonderful. Our guide was great, lovely guy, friendly and helpful. Personally did not really enjoy the 'thermal bath' as definitely more of an over crowded water park for kids but one of the others may have been more enjoyable. It is summer so it was obviously going to be busy but I didn't enjoy the vibe at all. The service from Mr Shuttle though was excellent.

Darius the tour guide was excellent. Explaining everything to us as we passed the different attractions. It is a long day but it's definitely worth it. Will definitely do a different Mr shuttle tour again.
