We were picked up by Frank our driver and were the only passengers in the Mercedes minibus. Frank did a great job of providing lots of information about the trip. We had a great time at the Vodka and cheese tasting and a fabulous fun time at the Thermal Spa. Would highly recommend Mr Shuttle.

The trip was great. We were picked up on time. We were brought to three different location with plenty of time to look around at each location. Our driver was fantastic. He kept us engaged throughout the trip.

Our driver picked us up from where we were staying which was great because we weren’t in central Krakow and it meant not having to find a pick up point elsewhere. The trip itself was great, the scenery on the way to Zakopane was stunning and you had the right amount of time at each stop to enjoy yourself and to take everything in. Would 100% recommend.

Great trip. There was a lot to see at the bottom of the funicular that we weren’t aware of. Maybe a bit more information on the amount of stalls/shops would be beneficial then we wouldn’t have stayed at the top as long. Apart from that 10/10 once again

Perfect day from start to finish. Our driver Mark was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Loved Zakopane and the cheese and vodka experience. The thermal spa was really lovely as well

Mark was a fantastic guide, very informative and friendly throughout, loved the trip despite the poor weather! Especially enjoyed the thermal baths, great fun. Would definitely recommend this trip.
