Our driver Tomak was fantastic! The whole day ran smoothly. We had plenty of time in Chocholow and the Thermal Baths! The kids absolutely loved it! Car was lovely and cool with the much needed air con and the sheep cheese and vodka was delicious. Such fantastic value for money! Would highly recommend!

We loved the variety of stops on this trip, beautiful locations and plenty time in the town and in the springs. Vehicle clean, air-conditioned and comfortable.

Brilliant day trip to Zakopane and the thermal baths. Marek was a great guide and chatted to us throughout the journey. Mr Shuttle is a very well organised tour provider and I would totally recommend them to anyone visiting the area.

For all the other trips we did I have given excellent reviews, but this one was the exception. I would not say the service was bad, but just a number of small issues and gripes that cumulatively reduced our experience somewhat, notably: - I will say however that the outbound driver firstly was very nice and polite, however... - had a very heavy accelerating and braking foot, constant stop/start jolting during the drive, and was blatantly tailgating others drivers on the motorway to bully them out of the way in the fast lane. I could not see the speedometer myself as I was in the back, but for sure felt over speed limit much of time, especially as we were passing other traffic like it was standing still - driver did not explain hardly anything sightseeing wise on the drive there, until we got to the Zakopane Church - to be honest the singular tasting at the market felt a bit rushed as the driver was pushing to get our WhatsApps so he could go and get the tickets in parallel, and the spirit tasting (singular!!) we did not expect to be out of the back of the van, and was a bit of a let down. I would suggest to do proper tastings at booked venues, even if more money, than these half-hearted efforts which left us disappointed - inbound driver was different, cannot really comment as she said absolutely nothing, other than to barely acknowledge we were there as we got on the bus Quite a difference to the experiences on the other trips, not awful for sure, just somewhat dissapointing.

We had an unforgettable experience on the Zakopane and Chocholow Thermal Baths Tour with Rafael as our guide, organised by MrShuttle.com. He arrived right on time to pick us up from our hotel and greeted us with genuine warmth. From the very beginning, he walked us through the fun‑filled itinerary ahead, setting a positive tone for the entire day. Our first stop was Głodówka, where we were treated to breathtaking panoramic views of the Polish mountains — a perfect start to the journey. We then visited the charming Sacred Heart Chapel in Jaszczurówka, a beautifully preserved wooden church showcasing the unique architectural style of Zakopane. Next, we headed to Gubałówka. Rafael provided our funicular tickets along with packed lunch boxes, and we enjoyed around two hours of free time to explore. The views from the top were magnificent, and the area was full of life — souvenir stalls, food stands, coffee shops, a mini zoo — something for every age and interest. We enjoyed our lunch while admiring the stunning mountain scenery. After descending, we wandered through the traditional market and picked up some lovely local items. The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the Chocholow Thermal Baths. It was the cleanest and most impressive thermal spa we’ve visited so far — countless pools, slides, activities, and soothing hot springs. With three full hours to enjoy, it truly felt like a relaxing paradise. Afterwards, we visited Bacówka for cheese and alcohol tasting. Rafael prepared the traditional smoked cheese and offered us a sample of Polish vodka — a perfect pairing and a delightful cultural touch. Finally, Rafael drove us back to our hotel safely and comfortably. This was one of the best day excursions we’ve ever experienced, beautifully organised and delivered. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow.
