I used Mr.Shuttle for our transfer from Calpe to Alicante Airport, and I was very impressed with the service. Our group of 24 was staying at a house on top of a steep hill with very narrow roads and tight turns, so a large bus couldn't reach the property. We had to arrange several smaller transfers instead. I was actually the only person in our group who used Mr.Shuttle because I booked a few days in advance. The rest of my friends booked too late and, due to Mr.Shuttle's advance booking policy, had to use other transfer companies instead. One thing to note is that you should book a few days ahead of your travel date, as online bookings aren't available at the last minute. After booking, I immediately received a voucher with all the details. The day before our transfer, I also received a WhatsApp message from Transfer2Ride with the driver's name and confirmation of the pickup. On the day of departure, I became a little nervous when the driver was one minute late because we had a flight to catch. I contacted Mr.Shuttle, and they responded almost immediately. They checked the driver's location and even sent me a screenshot showing the GPS position of both the driver and our villa, so I could see he was just around the corner. Later, I realized that the driver had already sent me a WhatsApp message from his own phone explaining that he was delayed behind a lorry making its way up the narrow roads. A minute later, the driver arrived, and shortly afterwards Mr.Shuttle even called me to make sure everything was okay. That level of customer service really stood out. It's easy to judge a company when everything goes perfectly, but what impressed me most was how quickly and professionally they handled my concern. They immediately put my mind at ease. The vehicle was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the driver was friendly and professional. We arrived at Alicante Airport quickly and with plenty of time for our flight. Based on my experience, I can highly recommend Mr.Shuttle. Their communication, customer service, and professionalism were excellent, and I would definitely use them again.9
