We used Mr Shuttle for an airport transfer from Krakow to where we were staying and then back to the airport a few days later. Both our drivers were very friendly and knowledgeable. First driver was waiting for us on arrival into the airport with our name and was very friendly. On the return the driver was a little late to pick us up (only 10/15mins) I rang the company, the person in the office was also helpful and friendly, rang me back within 1min to say driver had been caught in traffic and was just a couple of minutes away which was correct. Driver (Alex) was then very apologetic and very friendly and chatty as we drove back to the airport. All in all great service and would recommend.
Also booked airport transfers with this firm - again, drivers were great, arrived at exactly time specified and extremely courteous.
Booked Mr Shuttle for my airport and various day trips whilst I was in Krakow. First class service, great communication and a very professional company. Highly recommended.
