Great driver! David was a polite, friendly driver and kept everyone organised. He was patient and helpful when finding our accommodation for pick up. Trip was worth going on.

Excellent experience. The at-hotel pickup was worth it. The drive was done in a 8-passenger van and we met up with other groups at Auschwitz and at the salt mine. Both guides at each location were very good. The lunch provided was tasty and substantial. The guide also gave good advice about restaurants in Krakow.

We had door to door service and the whole trip which is over 3 sites was extremely well organised and we were saved alot of queuing. Guides were all excellent. Thoroughly recommend Mr Shuttle and this trip. Please be aware that this is a long day, there is a lot of walking and stairs so you will need good mobility and able to walk a few miles collectively. All 3 sites are a must see

The Salt mines tour is awesome it is hard to believe the scale and size of it. The carvings are marvellous. It is one of the best trips I have ever done. The guide was enthusiastic and passionate

This place is amazing! The guide we had was excellent, information provided with humour! We only saw 1 percent of the mine, so it must be enormous! An excellent must see place if you visit Krakow.
We also booked Airport transfers with Mr Shuttle. We highly recommend this company. The drivers were polite, well dressed and took care of our suitcases. They were earlier than advertised for the pick up times at our hotel. Sadly we had pre-booked our Austwitz tour with another company that also specified a hotel pick-up. This was not the case and we had to walk 20 plus minutes to a rendezvous point! We recommend sticking with Mr Shuttle.

Fantastic customer service! I accidentally booked 2 trips on the same day, I contacted the customer services team to ask if the trip to the Salt Mine could go ahead on the day I initially thought I had booked the trip for, or if not a day or 2 later. The customer service advisor Daryna was great, she said she would look nto what could be done and said woud call me back. Within 10 minutes she called me back to say the trip could take place on either the date I initially thought I'd booked it for or the Sunday.. I was so relived as I thought due to my own error of booking the incorrect date I would have lost my money (£97.00). The driver arrived at our hotel on time in a Mercedes people carrier, which was very comfortable and the journey to the Salt mine took approx 20 minutes. The whole trip from start to the entry and handing over to the guide at the Salt mines was seamless. Salt mines were amazing and well worth the visit, 100% recommend Mr Shuttle for this tour, by far the best price, only wish we had found them for the Auschwitz tour, as they would have worked out far cheaper than booking through our hotel. The drivers were very helpful and knowledgeable.
We arrived at the mine, given a breakdown of the tour... Went into the mine, saw how the miners worked the mine... Walked along the tunnels they had created... Went into some amazing chambers, saw salt lakes & little chapels the miners created... The guide was very helpful and informative.. The tour lasted about 90 mins... I would recommend this trip to anyone was truly amazing, thought the place would have been dark and damp, but, it wasn't... Well done to the people who run this place, giving everyone an insight as to how they worked the mine.... Well done....

I was a bit worried about the tour as I wasn't sure how claustrophobic it would feel but actually it didn't feel it at all. The experience is worth a visit for the cavern alone; very impressive. Comfortable shoes are a must though!
This trip was excellent, it was an early start, 6.20 but we were back for approx 5.30, so still had the evening free. Mr shuttle kept us informed off the pick up time, and arrived exactly on time. The lunch provided was great. The driver was very friendly and made sure we always knew when and where to meet etc. This was a very professional, well organised trip and I would highly recommend this company!
One of those bucket list trips was Auschwitz if ever in Poland! Really enjoyed it and despite being prepared it’s still incredible how pitiful man is to his fellow beings

This was an amazing experience. The transport ran like clockwork and Tomas our driver was brilliant. Picked up outside our Airbnb and dropped off at end of the day right outside. You will need to be ready for pick up at around 6am but it’s so worth the early rise. A harrowing but unforgettable day
Can’t recommend enough! As a solo female traveler also they couldn’t have been more helpful/ made me feel included. Lunch was so filling I took some back for dinner! Would definitely book again!
All locations visited were impactful in different ways, and all experiences a must do when visiting Poland. Our guides both at Auschwitz-Birkenau, and the salt mines were exceptional. Mr Shuttle arranged our transportation beautifully - on time pick up, modern and clean van, very polite driver. The bagged lunch was tasty, and filling / exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Of course I have read the stories, watched the documentaries and saw the photographs but to actually be there was chilling. It was a beautiful winters day but you could only imagine horror on a freezing Winter’s day or a blistering Summer’s day for the unfortunate inmates of these camps. The guide was very informative and respectful and we visited various barracks and torture cells where the suffering of those poor people could barely be imagined. Man’s potential for cruelty and depravity never ceases to amaze. Very well organised and conducted trip. I would highly recommend it.

The first part of the trip was very informative about ww2 and the holocaust, with the second part being equally as interesting, the tour guides were full of knowledge and left us with very little questions. The driver was also very helpful and friendly. All together a great experience and would highly recommend others to do this double experience. 👍

Very good guide, not only covered the history of both locations but also the questions about human behaviour and psychology the the acts carried out their raise. As the guide was polish and had family history linked with the location and activity that occurred their he spoke with passion and also highlighted that even once the Germans were removed by the Russians Poland was still not liberated as it lived under the yoke of soviet oppression and some unfortunate individuals went from Auswitz to the GULAG. Let us not forget most of Europe was not liberated after WW2, the just moved from one totalitarian dictatorship run through fear to another!

Excellent trip, very well worth the money if you are short on time, the trip to Auschwitz is thought provoking and hard to take in, but also found the Birkenau part of the trip disquieting, perhaps because of the bleakness of the place. If you go in winter as we did, dress warmly as the bitter wind sweeps across the sites. The second part of the trip to the Salt Mine was amazing, truly well worth a visit, lots of steps down but a lift back up. Some beautiful sights to see in this mine. Different guides for the morning and afternoon, both excellent. I would say to make sure you keep up with the guides as they don’t tend to wait for stragglers and you will get left behind. Excellent day out.

A moving tour that balanced the important and moving tour of Auschwitz with the incredible sights of the Salt Mine brilliantly and respectfully. The day ran incredibly smoothly and all the guides and our tour host were welcoming and helpful. We were picked up and dropped off just outside our air bnb which made the early start super easy! Lunch was incredible and far more than we expected with plenty of choice and fuel to keep us going.

Excellent day throughout. We were picked up on time by Tomas (mr shuttle). Tomas is a great driver; superb English, funny and friendly. Auschwitz and Birkenhau tours were very humbling and thought-provoking. Our guide was very knowledgeable and had an association with Auschwitz through her uncles. Lunch was lovely - tasty and filling. The Salt Mines were awesome due to the size and splendour. Be aware there are several hundred steps to take down to the different levels but there is a lift back to the surface (phew 😄).
Must do experience! Combing both in one day is long but definitely the right way to do it. The guide was very experienced, have a lot of background info about the circumstances that led to the Jewish holocaust. Although a sombre visit when it comes to Auschwitz it is something that everybody has to do. The salt mine was a unique visit and nothing of what a mine I imagined to be!

It is very good that they've shown us video about auschwitz while we are on the bus going there. Highly recommended! Well worth the visit. Pleasant bus ride, all the staff had great English. Our tour was slightly rushed as there was a tour behind us that kept interrupting but a part from that it was great.
Absolutely never write reviews but feel I should this time. Mr Shuttle proved to be an exceptionally good choice, everything from the airport transfers to the tour were done to the highest level. Topped off with very friendly and helpful drivers and a great level of punctuality which made our trip so much more stress free, especially when dealing with a group of 12 of us. Excellent! Received a pick up time the day before via text, we were collected on time and were shown a video on the way to Auschwitz. Getting into all the sites was quick and easy with MrShuttle sorting all the tickets. The guides provided at all sites were brilliant and very knowledgable. My two sisters and I took the Zakopane tour on 3rd December. What a fantastic day! We were picked up at 08.30 on the dot by our tour guide Martin. The vehicle was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Martin was most informative throughout our day - providing information and answering our questions. My two elder sisters are both in the 70s. My middle sister is currently recovering from a broken leg and Martin was always on hand to help her in/out of the vehicle and to help her cross icy pathways. We enjoyed our packed lunch (provided), sitting at the top of the Gubałówka Mountain Range, enjoying the cold yet beautiful sunshine. We would certainly recommend Mr Shuttle - and would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Martin.

Stayed end of November 21 in Krakow and booked all our trips with Mr.Shuttle - The trip to Zakopane was great, our driver was very informative and nothing was a problem. Would definitely recommend Zakopane - the ride on the chairlift was cold but the views were amazing ! The funicular train was an experience and again the views from the mountain were breathtaking - Booked another short break for December 2022 and looking to visit Zakopane again.

Our flight was diverted to Katowice due to fog so by the time we got to Krakow we were three hours late but transport was there to pick us up. Drivers were friendly and on the return journey to the airport were on time. Cannot praise them enough.
There are many options for shuttles at Krakow Airport but this service is superb. The drivers for both our transfers were on time and in the correct place, the price was as agreed and the vehicles were spotlessly clean and well driven. What more could you ask for.

A great tour! We saw the most famous monuments and buildings in the city. Our small group was perfect, we were able to ask questions and learnt lots about this amazing city. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Seville for the first time! Muchas gracias!

I do not usually write comments, but this time I have to. Funny and very smart guides, sunny weather (especially important in Volcano Caves) and breathtaking views.. it was all the way worth it.
It was exhausting 2 days. But thanks to a competent and interesting guide, I only felt fatigued on the way home. Now that I think about, mayby it was the sun that made me tired so much.

Definitely worth going to. We had not heard too much about the salt mines until we arrived in Krakow but are so glad we took this trip. It is a fascinating tour, our guide (Nik) made it especially interesting, he had the patience of a saint. His English is excellent and gave us a very entertaining tour of these mines. Be prepared to be surprised! Definitely recommend.
A very nice trip to go to and a great sight for the city of Krakow. Along with All the amazing things you can see in the Saltmine, you learn about the history behind it. The excursion was very well organized. We were picked up from our hotel on time, and our driver explained us about our visit. Our guide was also very nice and informative. Definitely worth the visit and the trip is highly recommended!
Mr.Shuttle transport arrived on time & it was a great service from start to finish, same as many other times we have used Mr.Shuttle. The Salt Mine guided tour was wonderful. Plenty of stairs and plenty of walking so wear your comfy walking shoes. Highly recommended if you are interested in history as there is so much to learn.

This was a great trip. The scenery along the way is lovely and the driver put a video about Auschwitz-Birkenau on to watch. The tour is done in a sensitive but informative way. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Lunch provided was lovely. The salt mine was interesting with cheap gift shop buys and delicious ice cream! Thoroughly enjoyed the whole day.

A must-do if you visit Krakow. Booking the trip was easy and the trip was very professionally run. The transfer was very comfortable. It was very quick getting into Auschwitz with the guide who was also great and made the trip for me, giving us plenty of information and letting us take it all in. It was a very moving experience. The salt mine was very good also, and I would visit again. The whole day was good, it was a full day and I would consider both trips separately.

I was very pleasantly surprised by a piece of an extremely interesting story. Apart from the fact that the trip itself is interesting, the guide tells it all in such a way that you want more and more :) Additionally, a ride from the center by an air-conditioned bus with a polite driver. We had been travelling through a number of cities and we were looking for something a little different. The Tatra mountains are stunning and Zakopane is a mountain tourist village nestled in the valley. We went by cable car to Gubalowka for a spectacular view over the valley. You could imagine what it would look like buried in a metre of snow. We ate a roll for lunch provided by KS overlooking the valley and then had a coffee and icecream from one of the many cafes. It was a sunny day and there were lots of people just sitting and enjoying the view. Our driver Jacob stopped at a number of places for photos on the way and the day also included a ticket to the top of the ski jump in Zakopane. There are little tourist pop ups behind the Cafes and at the bottom of the mountain there is a market as well. We were up the top for 1.5 hours but you could come down earlier and shop a bit. We fell asleep on the way back as it is along drive but the views were spectacular and we have some amazing photos and memories. We were well looked after by Jacob who got us there and back safely

This trip makes for a long day, but after touring the horrors of Auschwitz-Birkenau, the beauty and wonder of the salt mine was perfect. The purifying nature of salt was also much appreciated.
