A visit I have wanted to do for many years was made easy by Lucas who collected us and explained in detail what we were going to do. Our tour guide (sorry I can’t remember his name) took over when we arrived and gave us a very detailed and moving tour. All very well organised and I would definitely recommend this tour with Mr Shuttle.

Our driver was amazing. He went out of his way to make our visit work. The trip is not wheelchair friendly. My husband couldn’t walk or climb the stairs to see Auschwitz and the museum tour guide was not helpful. But our Mr Shuttle driver ran all the way to Birkenau to find a wheelchair and bring it to him. Five stars for amazing work. My husband saw Birkenau from the outside only. Auschwitz was impossible for him. The bus shuttle seats are fine but not super comfortable. I would suggest if you have any accessibility issues that this trip is not for you.

The tour to Auschwitz was very well organised, minibus was waiting outside our hotel for us at the time we’d been advised of and we were kept up to date with texts and emails. Transport was really comfortable and the driver pleasant and knowledgeable, once at the camp he sorted everything out with our tickets and introducing us to our Auschwitz guide. We ordered the packed lunch and thought it well worth the money. Highly recommend Mr Shuttle for tours, we also did Zacopane and the Schindler memorial tour with them👍

The tour was fantastic, from the transfer all the way through to the end. Mac picked us up from outside our hotel, we were notified of the time of pick up the evening before which was great, he was on time and very friendly, once on the bus and heading towards Auschwitz we watched an informative documentary on the tv on the bus, this gave alot of information. Once we arrived we were allowed a short break and then met our tour guide Jakob, he was with us then for the whole tour of both Auschwitz and Birkenau, he was very friendly and made the experience one that we won't forget, the whole excursion was around 6hours, 2.5 hours travel time, 2.5hours in Auschwitz, and 1hr in Birkenau. We would highly recommend.

Enjoyed the trip to auchswitz. Picked us up at our apartment 6am tour guide as knowledgeable friendly everything went great was just our trip back dropped 2 couples off at their hotels me and my wife had to walk 8 mins up a hill was arguing with the driver saying we paid to be picked up and dropped off at our apartment didnt want to know my wife has had 2 hip replacements and 2 knees replacements totally unacceptable after walking for ages on our trip we didn’t get dropped off at apartment not happy at all

A fantastic trip. Communication before the actual day of the trip was clear and timely. Driver arrived bang on time. Comfortable drive to Auschwitz and clear instructions about where we needed to go, when we would need to be picked up etc. The actual tour around Auschwitz was informative and sobering. It was difficult to hear what the guide was saying as she spoke so softly and the sound quality wasn't great on the head pieces. This could definitely be improved. All in all, a wonderful trip. Thank you!
