An excellent service all round, from the original communication regarding booking and payments, to collection times and during the trip, everything was so well organised and efficient. It was great to have transport to and from our hotel by an extremely friendly and helpful driver. Dominick. The minibus was comfortable and clean. The Auschwitz-Birkenau Tour was so informative and sensitively delivered by our guide. We felt that the whole experience was excellent and great value for money. We would highly recommend Mr.Shuttle for all trips during a stay in Krakow, a first class service was provided.

The Auschwitz tour was my second trip with Mr.Shuttle (out of 3). It was well organized and I felt being in safe hands. The transport was smooth (despite taking the secondary roads due to too many highway works). Instructions by the driver/guide were clear. The best part of Mr.Shuttle trips is that the departures are almost certainly guaranteed; if you for some reason forget to book a sightseeing trip a month or two in advance and all entrance tickets are sold out, turn to Mr.Shuttle and you can get an entrance to your tourist attraction a day or two ahead of your planned visit. Just for this, I'm willing to pay their premium. Just a side note on this trip compared to a combined tour Auschwitz + Wieliczka Salt Mine. In Birkenau (second part of the Auschwitz trip) you will walk a lot. Then you will have an hour time to eat with practically no options but one. Then drive a lot and then in the mine walk a lot (with a full stomach). I would strongly recommend taking the trips on two separate days. Give your legs some rest in between.

I had 2 morning tours. One to Auchwitz and one to the salt mines. Excellent from start to finish. On time to and from hotel, friendly, informative, nice lunch box and kept you informed via text and email regarding times etc. I would not hesitate to book with Mr S again.
