Tickets and skip the line was sorted, the tour guide who took us round was very informative. A very emotionally moving day trip but definitely a must do when in krakow
It was an 11 hour trip with lots of walking but worth it. The driver was informative and friendly, and we felt it was fantastic value for money. A cold lunch box was provided and a good selection.
A fantastic experience from start to finish. The tour was well organised from the pick up directly from our hotel to the tour, the excellent packed lunches and the return journey.
Amazing but harrowing trip to auschwitz, whole trip was organised and without a hitch, would highly recommend Choose Krakow.

Expensive Mistake. My husband booked a trip with this company with the confirmation we received a note that we would get a message 12hrs before. When no message arrived I text the phone number from the email, no response. The morning of the trip we waited outside at 7am. At 7.15am my husband phoned the number, he was informed the time had been changed to 5:45am and that messages had been sent to advise of the change. Very disappointing.
Our driver/tour guide - Michael was excellent and so helpful, even to the point of fixing my friends broken spectacles. I can highly recommend Mr Shuttle and look forward to our next tour in the future.
The minibus was clean and new, and the tours ran like clockwork. Reviews of other tours spoke of chaos and disorganisation at the gates at Auschwitz, or time spent waiting around, but this trip could not have been smoother.
It was a great tour, including the transport to and from the mine location. The guide assigned to us was amazing. And the mine itself is mesmerizing. I would strongly recommend to all.

Our guide Michael was excellent, he was very competent and respectful during the tour of both camps. We were picked up from our hotel right away in a beautiful modern minibus. Nasz przewodnik Michael był znakomity, był bardzo kompetentny i pełen szacunku podczas wycieczki po obu obozach. Natychmiast zabrano nas spoza naszego hotelu w pięknym nowoczesnym minibusie.
Pickup was on Time, was told the day before what time this would be, had an email and txt msg to confirm, Thomas the driver was excellent, answering any questions we had all in perfect English. Would highly recommend using Mr shuttle

Easy to book. Early start but pleasant and polite driver on time. Organized very well with no queues or crowds! Our guide was very good with interesting facts and empathy. Excellent tour but sad and extremely thought provoking. Least we forget!
Overall, it was a very well-organized tour, and I felt I was in good hands throughout the day. I warmly recommend this excursion to anyone interested in history. A really good information packed tour a must if you are visiting Krakow to get a full understanding of what actually went on in the camps during the war nothing will set you up for what you see, the polish quide that took us round both camps was excellent
