Excellent service, we were the only pickup, so a dedicated Taxi for the trip, driver was outside the Hotel at pickup time, fast and friendly service, waited for us outside. Had we known there was a very nice restaurant at the bottom of the mine we would have liked to have stayed and eaten there, but had to get back to the driver, so could be useful to explain this option more to travellers - to take advantage of that, but otherwise very good!!

Absolutely amazing service which I would highly recommend everyone to use. Our driver Lukasz was there on time and such a lovely pleasant man to talk to. An amazing experience: the driver is a kind person and the pick up has been on time. We were a part of a large group, but thanks to the audioguide, we listened everything without problem. The tour guide (I don’t remember his name, sorry!) was funny, very knowledgeable and clear in his explanations. Absolutely recommended!

Really enjoyed the trip. Picked up by Norbert on time. Very nice and efficient in every detail. Escorted us all way through to the entrance and handed over to our superb guide. Dropped off back at our hotel. Great trip and worth the visit. Also did Auchwitz with Mr Shuttle and again superb.

Wieliczka Salt Mine is beautiful and definitely worth seeing. It reminds me a lot of Moria from The Lord of the Rings. It is worth to see that place in good mood.
The tour was amazing — our guide provided to us was awesome. Our driver from Mr Shuttle was the worst, honking, running up on people, and scaring the crap out of all of us in the van. Highly recommend the salt mine, driver not so much.
Fascinating tour. We were picked up from our hotel on time. When arriving at the salt mines we only waited a few minutes before entering. Amazing definitely worth a visit. Our guide was Simon who kept us fully informed with some humor.
Salt Mine tour was brilliant with another very knowledgeable guide. Highly recommend this trip. Nice clean shuttle bus, great bus guide and super friendly. Only a short drive and hassle free entrance to the mines. 100 recommended experience.
There is also a Miner's route which is a bit longer and more in-depth for salt mine enthusiasts! The tourist route tour is approximately 2 hours. Our guide was great and made the tour very interesting. Definitely worth seeing if you are visiting.
