There is also a Miner's route which is a bit longer and more in-depth for salt mine enthusiasts! The tourist route tour is approximately 2 hours. Our guide was great and made the tour very interesting. Definitely worth seeing if you are visiting.
Excellent experience. The salt mine was bigger that we expected. The tour was great. Great communication for pickup time.
Mr.Shuttle transport arrived on time and it was a great service from start to finish, same as many other times we have used Mr.Shuttle. The Salt Mine guided tour was wonderful. Plenty of stairs and plenty of walking so wear your comfy walking shoes.
Couple small issues with both tours — after quick call with office all sorted and no charge. Salt mines, arrived far too early for our tour slot. Although these issues it wouldn't stop me recommending Mr Shuttle. Drivers were friendly and vehicles kept in immaculate condition.
The tour guide at Wieliczka was great and made the tour very interesting. Definitely worth seeing if you are visiting.
Very pleasant experiences in both sites. The Salt Mine was amazing and very very interesting with our guide. We also got to go to the Salt Mine Museum after the 2.5 hour guided tour.
The tour was amazing - our guide provided to us was awesome. Our driver from Mr Shuttle was the worst, honking, running up on people, and scaring the crap out of all of us in the van. Highly recommend the salt mine, driver not so much.
The Salt Mines were beautiful and not as claustrophobic as I had feared. Again, our tour guide was knowledgeable and walked us through at a nice pace. It was a long day and we walked 10 miles but was well worth it.

The tour was great, didnt seem rushed at all. The salt mines were amazing. I wasnt sure if I should visit the salt mines during my trip to Krakow but I am so glad I did.
I enjoyed an absolutely fantastic tour of the Wieliczka Salt Mines with Greg as host and driver. From beginning to end, Greg was very communicative and professional, making sure I knew how to find him in the morning.
booked a day trip to auchwitz amd salt mines. received a text and a wats app the night before confirming time of pickup and also same again an hour before collection. arrived 10 mins after approx time, bus comfortable. arranged break times and drop off and collection points at the tours. good communication and customer service. would recommend this company. thank you to Tomas our driver and our guide at auchwitz was very informative.
We had a great day out at the salt mine. We traveled there by train from the main krakow station, the cost was around 4 pounds per person. Our guide was great and made the tour very interesting.

Fantastic tour around Salt mine. Our tour guide Roman was very knowledgeable and friendly. Was lots to see and lots of walking still cant believe that we only saw about 1 percent of the mine with how much we actually saw.
I really enjoyed visiting the salt mines. Walking through the underground tunnels was fascinating, and the history behind the place made the experience even more memorable. The cool air, unique rock formations, and guided tour made it both educational and enjoyable.

If you are in Krakow, you need to visit the salt mines. Be prepared to walk inside the mines. Lots of stairs. The chapel inside was like a treasure. So glorious.
Great trip to the Salt Mines. Trip was well organised with clear instructions on meeting points which were less than 500 yards from our hotel. When we got there we were met by an informative guide who explained the history of the mines in detail.
Definitely worth the trip to Wieliczka Salt Mine. Buses from Krakow to/from the mine leave just about every 10 minutes and cost only 4 zloty each way. Very interesting! We really enjoyed this tour.
