This time, we were very pleased with the driver. He was cheerful and service-minded; he helped with all the suitcases and provided information during the drive. Unfortunately, a bomb alert had been triggered at the airport, so he dropped us off some distance away, and we had to walk the rest of the way. We didn't hear anything about this, nor did the airport seem to be affected by it, so we don't know if the information was accurate or not.

The best taxi service we had in Poland. The driver was fantastic, on time and made an effort to locate us. Very knowledgeable of the area and had a good friendly conversation.

Our flight was diverted to Katowice due to fog so by the time we got to Krakow we were three hours late but transport was there to pick us up. Drivers were friendly and on the return journey to the airport were on time. Cannot praise them enough.
