Our story
MrShuttle is not just another transfer company. We are based in Krakow, locally owned, and we’ve been doing this since 2003, which was long before airport transfers became an industry of copy-paste services. We built this company from the ground up with one goal: to do things better than anyone else. And we’ve done exactly that. Tourists, business travelers, and global agencies are within over a million passengers that have trusted us with their time, comfort and safety. Not because of luck but because we deliver every time. We know this city like no one else. Krakow is our home, so we don’t treat it like a cheap, low-quality market. When you ride with us, you’re not getting a driver who googled your hotel five minutes ago. You’re getting someone who lives here, knows the city, and takes pride in making sure you get where you need to go without any drama, delays or excuses.
A word from Founders
Being travelers ourselves, we’ve always dreamed of creating great experiences for other independent travelers and groups visiting our city.
We built this company in Krakow with a clear vision: deliver a high-quality experience or don’t bother at all. Our clients aren’t numbers. They’re people who expect things to work. Flights to be met on time, tours to run smoothly, or questions to get answered without waiting on hold for half an hour.
We started in Krakow, Poland, in 2003 with a focus on building a brand around professionalism and great people. We’ve come a long way in our sixteen years, and in 2019 we achieved an important milestone: serving our one millionth passenger.
But it doesn’t stop there. We are developing new destinations and services at a rapid pace, and we’re looking to establish high service levels wherever our customers go; whether that be across Poland, Europe, or the rest of the world.
Furthermore, we love to travel and we know how important it is to feel safe and comfortable. That’s why we are doing our best to provide the best quality of services for reliable prices. We live in Krakow and probably we know every corner of our charming city – our goal is to share this knowledge with Krakow’s visitors. We provide airport transfers, shared and private tours and tailor-made services upon request – in our offer everyone will find something interesting. We cooperate with Krakow’s hotels, hostels and apartments. We also work with international travel agencies helping them to arrange their services in Poland. What else? MrShuttle also worked with Coke Festival in 2007 and Polish national football team as well as with various companies based in Poland.
We have fulfilled requirements for tour operating license which also allows us to organize sightseeing tours for groups. We are proud of our well-developed affiliation programme which is easy to implement into another website. For our partners, we offer comfortable and useful intranet platform where they can manage their bookings. For the convenience of our clients we offer on-line reservation system and a 24h/7 call center. Our office located in the Center of Krakow and it’s open 7 days/week! All our staff speak English (including all drivers). We also speak Italian, French, Spanish and Portuguese. We are proud to announce that ALL our drivers completed a first aid course. All underwent training in first aid, appropriate responses at traffic accidents, and in the case of events such as heart attack or seizure. At the same time, all our cars are serviced at authorized automotive services and undergo regular safety checks. This therefore means that by choosing MrShuttle service you can count on a safe journey.
