We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our driver/guide Marek facilitated vibrant conversation within our tour group and we learnt a lot about everyday Polish culture from him. The lady that took us around the camps had 23 years of experience at guiding people around these incredible/sobering places and we could not have asked for someone more expert. The salt mines were stunning - much better than our expectations - with incredible chambers and carvings the highlight. We had a full 12 hours of entertainment!!

Absolutely spot on!! Was recommended by a friend so knew we could trust Mr shuttle because you read about so many other companies cancelling tours, glad ours went ahead.. Mr shuttle went above and beyond, explains everything in what's happening, moves you along the queue, looks after you, waits so you can see them, very helpful, plenty of messages letting you know what is happening

Communication was very good and our driver picked us up from outside the hotel at the time stated..really glad we did both the Aushwitz and Salt mine tour on the same day even though it was a long day..lunch provided was good and couldn't fault anything. Our driver was very helpful too.

We did the long Auschwitz and Wieliczka Salt Mine tour which took about 12 hours. It was a long day but so worth it. Mr. Shuttle guide Tomash (sp?) was excellent, professional and friendly. He doesn’t provide the tours as each of these attractions provides guided tours themselves. Tomash picked us up from our hotel, did all the driving, organized the group to get into the attractions, coordinated with the tour guides, provided our lunches (we paid for bag lunches with the tour and thought that it was well worth it), told us where to meet him after each tour, and dropped us off at our hotel at the end of the day. He made the whole process seamless and easy. I highly recommend this tour with Mr. Shuttle.

Absolutely brilliant! The drivers were punctual, very friendly and offered a great experience. A documentary movie was mentioned in the itinerary online for Auschwitz but this was not something we got to experience. It would have been nice but overall didn't take away from the experience. Auschwitz itself I have no words for; a very sombre and educational experience. The salt mines were very interesting and guides for both tours were exceptionally knowledgeable.
