The visit and collection services were excellent and worked well for both sites. Instructions for sites were clear . A little more information about the lunch would help as I was un aware of when it was due. It did come and was of good quality but I missed the info about when the lunch was due (Not a problem)

Great experience , lots of communication re morning pickup , prompt pickup . Clear instructions for tours re where to go , what time pick up was etc. Our driver was friendly and pleasant . Our entry to all tours was fast . In Auschwitz itself our tour guide was amazing . Lunch in between Auschwitz and Salt Mine tours was fresh and very tasty . Would definetely recommend Mr Shuttle

Our day was an early start, but it needed to be to get everywhere . Our mini van was clean and modern and driven safely. We started at Auschwitz on our pre booked tour , very emotional time. A short drive to Birkenau to see what happened here . We had a lunch break , we had paid for our lunch with the tour , which was very good . We drove another hour to the salt mines , which was an amazing experience , learning the history and seeing the sights down there . A long day , but a realy great day out .

My husband and I had a great experience on our combined Auschwitz and Salt Mine tour. We were given our exact pickup time the day before and they picked us up in a comfortable bus with the rest of the tour goers. Our driver, Mike, was friendly and helpful. Our guides at both locations were very knowledgeable and helped us get the most out of the visits. This combined tour makes for a long day, but there are plenty of bathroom breaks and a nice lunch break as well. The food provided for lunch was very good and plenty to give us energy for the rest of the day. I highly recommend Mr. Shuttle.

We had a fantastic day. Auschwitz was everything we thought it would be and more very humbling. The salt mines were amazing how they made all of that just from salt is unbelievable. our guide for Auschwitz was very informative. The lunch they included is great. We had a pasta dish and a ham and cheese salad roll bar of chocolate and a bottle of water. Our driver was very helpful answered all our questions and got us there and back safely.

Fantastic trip with these guys from pickup to drop off. Small group/bus made it so much better. Guides and drivers were brilliant, knowledgable, polite and helpful. Decent packed lunch too..i cant fault these guys they were top notch!

The visits to Auschwitz and Birkenau were very poignant and humbling. Our guide was excellent, she was very calm and respectful and told us everything we needed to know about the atrocities that happened there. It is not somewhere to go to be entertained but somewhere to pay respects and it is important that we should always remember what those poor people endured there. The tour of the Kopalnia Soli salt mines was really interesting and though a lot of walking was involved, it was well worth doing. It is amazing seeing all the statues and things made from salt. The mini bus service was excellent and our driver {Luca} was really good, making sure we were all looked after and getting our tickets and lunches to us. We cannot fault the service at all and are really glad we took this day tour. Thank you.

We did 2 tours with Mr shuttle and both were absolutely fantastic, brilliant communication and they were on time for pick ups for both. Auschwitz - Birkenau & the salt mines in one day: NOT for the weak, there was a lot of walking involved and it was a very long day. Our driver Dominic was brilliant and communicated everything perfectly. Lots of breaks between the long drives. Our guide around Auschwitz - Birkenau Chris was absolutely fantastic and the information he gave us while walking around was brilliant. Zacopane & thermal baths: first of all this place is absolutely stunning. I'm already planing to go back and do the trails in the national park. Our driver Lucas was absolutely hilarious, he made the long drive very entertaining. Was polite and prompt and gave us lots of information again. Stoped for polish sheep cheese and vodka tasting then took us to the chocolow hot springs which is deffo worth a visit. All in all I would definitely use this company again and recommend them 100%!
