We used Mr Shuttle to visit Auschwitz-Birkenau and the salt mines from Krakow, the whole experience was excellent. We had numerous text messages reminding us of pick up times, we were collected from and returned to our accommodation.
This trip makes for a long day, but after touring the horrors of Auschwitz-Birkenau, the beauty and wonder of the salt mine was perfect.
Krakow Shuttle Tours are a brilliant company, I booked the tour to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine one month in advance, and was told I'd receive further details the day before.
Mario took the tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau and was extremely knowledgeable and one of the best tour guides we have ever had! The Salt Mines tour was also amazing just be prepared for a lot of steps/walking.
Full day with two activities that produce very strong emotions. Auschwitz shows how deadly humans can be, Salt mine shows how creative humans can be.
Transportation was perfect, the guides through the salt mines and Auschwitz were also great!
I made the booking online, and for 70 Euros, I could visit Auschwitz and the Salt Mine both. Lunch, hotel pick up and drop off were also included in the tour price. I had a confirmation email me shortly after the booking and the night before the trip I received a text with the exact time of my pickup. 0815: I was picked up outside my hotel by one of the guides from Krakow Shuttle, exactly on time.
Tomasz was friendly, on time, and with booking the Auschwitz and Salt mines tour everything was in a timely manner and we did not have to worry about tickets and lunch! Well informed via email.

We loved our trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau and Salt Mine in one day and highly recommend it, it was very well organised the guides where exceptional and very knowledgeable and our driver Thomas was very friendly and punctual and made the day run smoothly.
Auschwitz-Birkenau was a very solemn, emotional and sobering experience. The Salt Mine amazing and very beautiful. The packed lunch was delicious and well worth the extra. Our driver/tour guide was excellent and very helpful.
We were picked up by Kamile on time and taken to Auschwitz/Birkenau and the salt mines. Kamile was a careful driver and considerate to his passengers. He was a lovely friendly lad and a pleasure to have as our guide for the day. A good ambassador and an asset for the company. Thanks Kamile.

I did the Krakow, Auschwitz and Wieliczka Salt Mines 4 day tour with Krakow Tour Guide. Seweryn was my Krakow tour guide, very informative and caring and will add or change some parts of the walking tours to suit. It was because of Seweryn that I enjoyed the tour so much.

The whole trip was so well organised! Pick up times sent out the day prior, everything went so smoothly, the lunch included was very good! Our driver was very polite, the trip was excellent and really worth the money, a long day but definitely one worth doing! Dropped back off at our hotel, Auschwitz-Birkenau was very eye opening and the salt mines gave you a nice lift in mood after, highly recommend

Excellent experience. The at-hotel pickup was worth it. The drive was done in a 8-passenger van and we met up with other groups at Auschwitz and at the salt mine. Both guides at each location were very good. The lunch provided was tasty and substantial. The guide also gave good advice about restaurants in Krakow.

Excellent company.. great communication and punctual. Christian the driver was lovely. We had door to door service and the whole trip which is over 3 sites was extremely well organised and we were saved alot of queuing. Guides were all excellent. Thoroughly recommend Mr Shuttle and this trip. Please be aware that this is a long day, there is a lot of walking and stairs so you will need good mobility and able to walk a few miles collectively. All 3 sites are a must see

Excellent company. Worked like clockwork. Was picked up at our apartment at 6am - very comfy bus and Tom was a good driver. The tour guides we had both in Aushwitz (Jakub) and the Salt mines (Małgorzata the teacher!) were of a high callibre! 10/10 for both!
