Great company to go with. Kept informed of pick up time, arrived promptly with a friendly driver who kept us informed all the way. Auschwitz was sad but at the same time an amazing trip to see and very informative. However only my own personal opinion I didn’t enjoy the salt mines.

Tour was brilliant - collection was early but on time, moved to bigger bus - could of been a bit more spacious though, not for tall people! Tomasz bus driver was brilliant - really friendly and knowledgeable.

Communication was great. Sent us the pick-up time and location the day before. The collection point was from our accommodation which was very convenient. Arrived when they said. Driver was friendly. We were able to leave bags and coats on the bus which was great as we took our own lunch. No hesitation to use them again.

Excellent and very well organised tour . We did both the concentration camps and the saltmines and I cannot fault anything. Driver was very friendly and gave perfect instructions so we knew what was expected and spoke great English. Excellent price too.

A well organised day trip to Salt Mines and Auschwitz. Mikhal was an excellent communicator at every stage of the trip outlining the next steps and timing. He was very respectful of people’s feelings around the concentration camps. His narration at all the stops was was detailed and considerate given the topic. He had a very calm and warm manner sprinkled with a welcoming humour.

Really well organised trip. The trip itself was really great. Very humbling visiting Aushwitz and Birkenau. And the salt mines were stunning. Our guide / driver Emily was really helpful.

Absolutely amazing, collected right outside our hotel, on time! Had the best tour through Auschwitz and the Saltmines, we opted for the lunch included and was not disappointed. Would 100% recommend

It was an amazing day. It was difficult to process everything about Auschwitz during the tour as it moved quickly. The guides were very informative and I certainly was reflecting upon this experience over the following days. The salt mines was just a nice way to end the day. I would recommend this tour
