Highly recommend Mr Shuttle, the day was very well organised and our guide was brilliant. Picked up from hotel and taken to each location with lunch included. We were really looked after the whole day by our guide. I will definitely use Mr Shuttle again on my next trip.

Service and communication excellent. Our driver Christian was friendly and kept us updated throughout the day. Ania was very informative during the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour and the guide at the salt mines was excellent too. Although we had an early start we benefited from being the first tour group entering the salt mines so it worked out well for us.

The tours were great. However, the amount of walking was not expected and the tours were a bit long. We weren't prepared to do the amount of walking required.

My daughter and I visited Auschwitz/Birkenau & Salt mines in July 26. It’s an incredibly sad surreal place you can almost feel the pain in the eeriness of the place, a very moving experience especially to my 16 year old history buff daughter. I chose to visit salt mines and Auschwitz/Birkenau on same day with hotel pick up and guides as I have slightly limited walking mobility at present after an operation and use the aid of a stick to walk. Our driver Becca was fantastic on time and very polite and never once did I feel rushed or didn’t know where / what we were doing. The tour guides I can’t praise enough at the salt mines very polite and knowledgeable. At Auschwitz/Birkenau our guide Michael was fantastic & knowledgeable I know the guides have a time limit but at no point did Michael rush me, he was a perfect gentleman. I did not miss any thing he asked me all along the way if I was ok, yes there were steps and rocky paths but I managed quite well with a stick and didn’t hold the group up. All in all a very memorable once in a lifetime experience which I Highly recommend.

The tour guide for Auschwitz did an impeccable job; she was informative, knowledgeable, and found just the right tone for such a serious and sensitive subject matter. Our driver was professional, skilled and friendly. Overall a neat perfect day. Thank you!

The driver picked me up on time, they spoke good English, and took very good care of us the whole day. The packed lunch was big enough. Everything was super! Please believe when they write that there are a lot of stairs and walking: we walked 15000 steps on the day and it is not suitable for someone with a walking stick!

Our driver was great and our tour guide round Auschwitz was extremely knowledgeable and guided the tour with the upmost respect. She was absolutely fantastic. The saltines were very interesting, again our guide was extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommended both tours.

What an amazing service. We were collected by a mini bus & taken to a central meeting point. Tomasz then took us for the day. He was so helpful & friendly, we knew exactly where we needed to be & when & had plenty of free time for refreshments. We will be recommending Mr Shuttle to everyone & will definitely be back to explore more with you. The amount of great places we were able to visit & how well organised it was, we were so happy with everything. Great value for money too. Thank you all so much.
Booked a day trip to Auschwitz and salt mines. Received a text and a WhatsApp the night before confirming time of pickup and also same again an hour before collection. Arrived 10 mins after approx time, bus comfortable. Good communication and customer service. Would recommend. Thank you to Tomas our driver.

Very good service, would highly recommend using Mr.Shuttle for this tour. It is a long day and i would advise to go with the food option for your trip. The driver was very chatty and had a lot of knowledge on Auschwitz & The Salt Mines.
The tour was so well organised and very informative. Starting on the bus with a documentary film which prepared us for the tour. Auschwitz-Birkenau was a very solemn, emotional and sobering experience. The Salt Mine amazing and very beautiful. The packed lunch was delicious and well worth the extra. Our driver/tour guide Michael was excellent and so helpful, even to the point of fixing my friends broken spectacles. I can highly recommend Mr Shuttle.
A emotional and tiring day but well worth it and great service by Mr Shuttle. Krakow to Auschwitz took us a good 1 hour 20 on the coach and from Birkenau back to Wieliczka Salt Mines that took a good 1 hour 30. Overall I think this is a fantastic trip if you want to see 3 of Krakow's main sites in one day.
We were met at Auschwitz by our Tour Guide who was brilliant and very knowledgeable. We then had lunch, all provided, nice and fresh. Then moved onto Salt Mines, a very worthwhile place to see. Could not fault Krakow Shuttle, excellent service, very clean and on time!
