I am impressed with Krakow Shuttle because of ease in making reservations and instant confirmation. What I really like about them is that I have the option of paying upfront online during reservation or just giving the payment to the driver. this is very important because it does not tie you up especially when plans change. I would especially commend our driver Maciej. He is very pleasant, professional, fun, speaks English very well, and knows a lot of things - like where to buy Polish Pottery, amber, and authentic Polish Restaurants. I would like to thank Krakow Shuttle for a wonderful experience in Krakow!
