Fantastic experience with Mr Shuttle – highly recommend! We booked our trip to Auschwitz months in advance after doing lots of research and initially feeling a little hesitant about booking through a third party. However, Mr Shuttle came highly recommended, with nothing but positive reviews, and we’re so glad we chose them! From start to finish, the whole day ran smoothly. We were picked up at exactly the time we were given, and communication beforehand was fantastic. The guided tour was incredibly informative, and after visiting Auschwitz, we were taken to Birkenau (Camp II), where our guide continued the tour and provided further insight into the history of the site. Our driver was absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful throughout the day. There were only four couples on our minibus, which made the experience feel much more personal and meant there were no large groups or multiple stops for picking up and dropping off passengers. At the end of the day, we were taken back to our hotels or the main square, depending on our preference. Overall, we couldn’t fault the service. Everything was well organised, communication was excellent, and the transport made what is a very emotional and important day much easier to navigate. I would highly recommend Mr Shuttle to anyone looking to visit Auschwitz with transport included. If, like us, you’re unsure about booking through a third party, I can honestly say we had a fantastic experience and would happily recommend them!

Excellent trip, very well-organised and everything went smoothly. Comfortable and clean apartments of Angel House, great located in the city centre. A great experience during the tours to the Salt Mine. Well done!
