It was a great tour, including the transport to and from the mine location. The guide assigned to us was amazing. And the mine itself is mesmerizing. I would strongly recommend to all.
The driver was extremely efficient in getting us to the necessary locations in good time and also gave clear instructions on where to be at what time. The tour guide at Auschwitz - Birkenau Teresa was very knowledgeable and gave a clear explanation

Our guide Michael was excellent, he was very competent and respectful during the tour of both camps. We were picked up from our hotel right away in a beautiful modern minibus. Pickup was on Time, was told the day before what time this would be, had an email and txt msg to confirm, Thomas the driver was excellent, answering any questions we had all in perfect English. Would highly recommend using Mr shuttle

Easy to book. Early start but pleasant and polite driver on time. Organized very well with no queues or crowds! Our guide was very good with interesting facts and empathy. Excellent tour but sad and extremely thought provoking. Least we forget!
Overall, it was a very well-organized tour, and I felt I was in good hands throughout the day. I warmly recommend this excursion to anyone interested in history. A really good information packed tour a must if you are visiting Krakow to get a full understanding of what actually went on in the camps during the war nothing will set you up for what you see, the polish quide that took us round both camps was excellent
Trip was so easy. Transportation was easy and our tour guide was brilliant. So knowledgeable. Auschwitz/Birkenau is a must see and a memorial to all those murdered.
Very nice visit to do during a stay in Krakow. The Cracow Saltworks Museum is fascinating with lots of history.

Used Mr Shuttle for transfers to and from airport and for tour of Auschwitz & Birkenau Tour from Krakow and would highly recommend. Professional and friendly drivers important as travelling as mum with teen daughter. Tour was a smaller group than the other groups I saw in the camps and the guide was very knowledgeable and great at answering questions. Added the lunch as others suggested it was nice and it was more than enough for 2 meals. Highly recommend.
Everything was well organized. The guides were very competent. The most interesting tour Ive been on. Auschwitz-Birkenau was thought provoking and powerful.
When in Krakow definitely use Mr Shuttle. We used Mr Shuttle for both journeys to and from Krakow airport and also for a private tour for Auschwitz & Birkenau Tour. All 3 trips with them were fantastic. We were greeted at the airport. Our day trip out was so well organised. Every member of staff we interacted with were professional, efficient and very very friendly. I would 100% recommend and use again.
