Worthwhile tour. Everything went according to schedule. Auschwitz/Birkenau was a very somber experience.

So thoughtful, friendly & really knowledgeable of the history of both Poland & the camps. The car was lovely & clean & Tomasz arranged pre packed lunches and they are well worth it! Emotional but must see visit.

This is an experience that everybody should have. The tour guide we had was emotionally invested and was by far the most knowledgeable, most approachable. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable again.

The tour was incredible from start to finish. Very kind drivers and an extremely knowledgeable guide. The tour of Auschwitz is extremely impactful and challenging, so it's very important that it be as well organized as it was.

Picked up from our hotel by Artur and we were joined by 6 other passengers before heading to Auschwitz and Birkenau. Such a thought provoking and emotional trip. Our guide was terrific and very knowledgeable.

I came here with my partner in December. We came as part of an organised tour arranged by the Mr shuttle company. As far as this tour goes it was excellent, out guide was hilarious.

The carvings were stunning, and the underground chapel was beautiful. The guide spoke good English, though it was quite busy inside. Overall, a well-organized excursion. Really cool tour!

The sculptures are beautiful, and the tour sharing the history of the mines was very interesting. I would highly recommend this tour.

St Kinga's underground Chapel is breathtaking! There was a chapel carved out of rock salt, amazing statues, alters and 3D type pictures, all carved out of salt, even the crystals on the chandeliers were made from polished salt.

Beautiful mines. Tour started at 10:00 so I grabbed a quick cup of tea from the kiosk. Small group of us given headset and instructions from our wonderful guide. Then headed off down so many steps. Can't tell you how I felt seeing the huge chapel below with crystal chandeliers made from salt.

You descend 125metres underground. Some of the highlights are the underground chapel and the carvings. You get a recorder and a set of earphones to listen to your guides commentary.

One amazing gift shop after another. I had been apprehensive. It was truly awe inspiring. The three chapels and church built out of rock salt, the many salt sculptures, even the mine supports and stalactites were fascinating.

The tour guide was very informative but also made a few jokes. The mines themselves were a lovely sight and the stories for everything was interesting. It was surprising finding the largest underground chapel and a banquet hall for weddings.

Very beautiful experience but not the best for anyone claustrophobic. Amazing history, sculptures. You will walk down the stairs to reach the lowest level.

I personally found it fascinating that they could carve sculptures out of salt. The mine is incredible.

It was an amazing experience, the chapel inside is stunning! The transport was good and our driver was polite and friendly. Just keep in mind there's a lot of walking, so wear good shoes.
