Outstanding service from Mr Shuttle. We pre-booked a tour of Auschwitz/Birkenau with Mr Shuttle before we arrived in Krakow. Everything was confirmed and they sent text message the day before, to confirm out pickup time.
Mr Shuttle was very reliable, good communication and hardly any queueing when we arrived at Auschwitz.
A big thank you to the team at Mr. Shuttle, an excellent service from start to finish, highly recommend you guys for anyone who wishes to visit the camps. The guide, Agata, was so knowledgeable about all aspects of the sites and gave amazing.
Guide was very knowledgeable of the locations and was able to share insight into each of the buildings. The pick up from the hotel and skipping the line was more than worth the money the tour cost.
I was kept well informed of my pick up time the day before, and got a reminder text an hour before. Our driver took us to Auschwitz then to Birkenau for the second part of the tour. I opted for the packed lunch which was great. Back at my hotel early afternoon. Definitely recommend Mr Shuttle.
Our guide Kami was excellent. He was right on time, friendly and spoke very good English. He gave us great assistance to meet with the museum staff to obtain documents regarding a relative who was at Auschwitz.
Definitely an experience not to be missed. The entrance to Birkenau was covered up with a tent on our visit due to the 80 year anniversary of liberation, however this didn't negatively affect our trip.
The company got in touch with us that evening to confirm our details and the minibus picked us up at 10:45 prompt and drove us straight to Ozwiecim where we had excellent guided tours of both camps. The minibus was clean and new, and the tours ran like clockwork. We were back in Krakow by 6pm, very humbled and grateful for the experience.
Fantastic experience, if very harrowing; however, the guides, Damian on the coach and Doria in the camps, were both excellent, passing on a wealth of knowledge. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Auschwitz.

Tour guide allocated by museum met us at entrance to Auschwitz and accompanied us throughout visit, providing an exceptional insight into the atrocities of the concentration/extermination camps.
Great experience to see Auschwitz-Birkenau. I booked the self-guided tour but ended up on a guided group tour instead. The guide was great! I wish there was more time to explore.

It was the third time we visited Auschwitz and Alicja showed us so much that we hadn't seen before. Her knowledge was excellent and she recounted history with a lot of empathy for the victims.
This is a must do trip when in Krakow. Very sombre, humbling and at times emotional. Our guide was fantastic.
The shuttle drops you at the tour destinations where you meet your guide who shows you the mine. I will be using the shuttle next time I am in Krakow and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks!
