Fantastic customer service! I accidentally booked 2 trips on the same day, I contacted the customer services team to ask if the trip to the Salt Mine could go ahead on the day I initially thought I had booked the trip for, or if not a day or 2 later. The customer service advisor Daryna was great, she said she would look nto what could be done and said woud call me back. Within 10 minutes she called me back to say the trip could take place on either the date I initially thought I'd booked it for or the Sunday.. I was so relived as I thought due to my own error of booking the incorrect date I would have lost my money (£97.00). The driver arrived at our hotel on time in a Mercedes people carrier, which was very comfortable and the journey to the Salt mine took approx 20 minutes. The whole trip from start to the entry and handing over to the guide at the Salt mines was seamless. Salt mines were amazing and well worth the visit, 100% recommend Mr Shuttle for this tour, by far the best price, only wish we had found them for the Auschwitz tour, as they would have worked out far cheaper than booking through our hotel. The drivers were very helpful and knowledgeable.

We arrived at the mine, given a breakdown of the tour... Went into the mine, saw how the miners worked the mine... Walked along the tunnels they had created... Went into some amazing chambers, saw salt lakes & little chapels the miners created... The guide was very helpful and informative.. The tour lasted about 90 mins... I would recommend this trip to anyone was truly amazing, thought the place would have been dark and damp, but, it wasn't... Well done to the people who run this place, giving everyone an insight as to how they worked the mine.... Well done....

I was a bit worried about the tour as I wasn't sure how claustrophobic it would feel but actually it didn't feel it at all. The experience is worth a visit for the cavern alone; very impressive. Comfortable shoes are a must though!

This trip was excellent, it was an early start, 6.20 but we were back for approx 5.30, so still had the evening free. Mr shuttle kept us informed off the pick up time, and arrived exactly on time. The lunch provided was great. The driver was very friendly and made sure we always knew when and where to meet etc. This was a very professional, well organised trip and I would highly recommend this company!

All locations visited were impactful in different ways, and all experiences a must do when visiting Poland. Our guides both at Auschwitz-Birkenau, and the salt mines were exceptional. Mr Shuttle arranged our transportation beautifully - on time pick up, modern and clean van, very polite driver. The bagged lunch was tasty, and filling / exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this tour.

The first part of the trip was very informative about ww2 and the holocaust, with the second part being equally as interesting, the tour guides were full of knowledge and left us with very little questions. The driver was also very helpful and friendly. All together a great experience and would highly recommend others to do this double experience. ?

Excellent trip, very well worth the money if you are short on time, the trip to Auschwitz is thought provoking and hard to take in, but also found the Birkenau part of the trip disquieting, perhaps because of the bleakness of the place. If you go in winter as we did, dress warmly as the bitter wind sweeps across the sites. The second part of the trip to the Salt Mine was amazing, truly well worth a visit, lots of steps down but a lift back up. Some beautiful sights to see in this mine. Different guides for the morning and afternoon, both excellent. I would say to make sure you keep up with the guides as they don’t tend to wait for stragglers and you will get left behind. Excellent day out.

A moving tour that balanced the important and moving tour of Auschwitz with the incredible sights of the Salt Mine brilliantly and respectfully. The day ran incredibly smoothly and all the guides and our tour host were welcoming and helpful. We were picked up and dropped off just outside our air bnb which made the early start super easy! Lunch was incredible and far more than we expected with plenty of choice and fuel to keep us going.

Excellent day throughout. We were picked up on time by Tomas (mr shuttle). Tomas is a great driver; superb English, funny and friendly. Auschwitz and Birkenhau tours were very humbling and thought-provoking. Our guide was very knowledgeable and had an association with Auschwitz through her uncles. Lunch was lovely - tasty and filling. The Salt Mines were awesome due to the size and splendour. Be aware there are several hundred steps to take down to the different levels but there is a lift back to the surface (phew ?).

Must do experience! Combing both in one day is long but definitely the right way to do it. The guide was very experienced, have a lot of background info about the circumstances that led to the Jewish holocaust. Although a sombre visit when it comes to Auschwitz it is something that everybody has to do. The salt mine was a unique visit and nothing of what a mine I imagined to be!
