We really like our experience in this tour. Our driver is very good. We also like our tour guide in auschwitz and salt mine. Both are very knowledgeable. It is very good that they've shown us video about auschwitz while we are on the bus going there. Highly recommended! Special mention to our tour guide in Salt Mine for his patience in handling guests.
The salt mine tour was great. Im so glad I did it. Both Auschwitz and salt mine were amazing experiences in their own way.

I was recently in Krakow and used Krakow Shuttle and Tours for return transfer from the airport to my hotel and did their Auschwitz-Birkenau/Salt Mine day tour. The shuttle was on time on all occasions, often already waiting for me 15 mins before pick up time.
The tour guides we had both in Auschwitz (Jakub) and the Salt mines (Malgorzata the teacher!) were of a high calibre! 10/10 for both!
As a family of four we booked the package with Mr Shuttle which included airport transfers, Auschwitz Birkenau and Salt mines one day tour. The communication from Mr Shuttle regarding pickup times was excellent. Our driver was waiting for us.

The tours were amazing. The experience in Auschwitz and Birkenau were both sad and shocking. The guide did a great job with this sobering subject. The tour through the salt mine was fun and light-hearted, which allowed some emotional recovery.
The guides were great as was the tour coordinator. Great communication at every step of the tour. Would recommend this tour 100%. Krakow is beautiful as well. The Salt Mine and Auschwitz were incredible.

This tour was great. We learnt so much and our guide was able to answer any questions we had. Auschwitz and the salt mines in one day was incredible.
Excellent! Received a pick up time the day before via text, we were collected on time and were shown a video on the way to Auschwitz. Getting into all the sites was quick and easy with MrShuttle sorting all the tickets. The guides provided at all sites were brilliant and very knowledgable. Lunch was excellent, plenty of tasty food to keep us going throughout the long day. Would highly recommend!

This was a great trip. The scenery along the way is lovely and the driver put a video about Auschwitz-Birkenau on to watch. The tour is done in a sensitive but informative way. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Lunch provided was lovely. The salt mine was interesting with cheap gift shop buys and delicious ice cream! Thoroughly enjoyed the whole day.

Very well-coordinated, accommodated my motion sickness request. The driver drove very nice, didn't feel too sick. The young tour guide at Auschwitz was a little difficult to understand and the salt mine was very interesting. Bring comfy shoes!!! Lots of walking!

Excellent pickup, no waiting, was very punctual. Although Auschwitz was quite emotional. It was also very compassionate and informative too, excellent lunch. The salt mine was amazing, we had a really enjoyable day.

A must-do if you visit Krakow. Booking the trip was easy and the trip was very professionally run. The transfer was very comfortable. It was very quick getting into Auschwitz with the guide who was also great and made the trip for me, giving us plenty of information and letting us take it all in. It was a very moving experience. The salt mine was very good also, and I would visit again. The whole day was good, it was a full day and I would consider both trips separately.
The day was thought provoking but fantastic and Slawek was an excellent tour guide/host. Visiting Auschwith, Birkenau & then the Wieliczka Salt Mine was an experience and his comments and input was very helpful.
Salt mines are more interesting than Auschwitz, certainly less depressing and they are actually Polish. The cathedral there is extremely impressive. Best moment of my trip to Poland! Like I'm still getting happy as a child thinking about it!
