Great experience to see Auschwitz-Birkenau. I booked the self-guided tour but ended up on a guided group tour instead. The guide was great! I wish there was more time to explore.

A profoundly moving and impeccably organised experience. The guide was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and engaging, providing important historical context while allowing space for reflection.
It was the third time we visited Auschwitz and Alicja showed us so much that we hadn't seen before. Her knowledge was excellent and she recounted history with a lot of empathy for the victims.
This is a must do trip when in Krakow. Very sombre, humbling and at times emotional. Our guide was fantastic.
The shuttle drops you at the tour destinations where you meet your guide who shows you the mine. I will be using the shuttle next time I am in Krakow and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks!
Nice clean shuttle bus, great bus guide and super friendly. Only a short drive and hassle free entrance to the mines. 100 recommended experience.
Pick up near our apartment and the driver was excellent and explained what was going to happen and meeting points etc. The guide in the mine was outstanding.
Bus was early but we were waiting so worked well. The guided tour was well executed with a passionate speaker. We had lunch provided which was sandwich, pasta, drink and chocolate and was given without a queue.
Thoroughly recommend Mr Shuttle and this trip. Please be aware that this is a long day, there is a lot of walking and stairs so you will need good mobility.
Excellent company. Great communication and punctual. Christian the driver was lovely. We had door to door service and the whole trip was extremely well organised and we were saved a lot of queuing.
Everything about the day was worry free. Our day began with pickup at 6:50am for a scheduled 7:00am departure, and everything ran smoothly from that moment on. Would recommend Mr Shuttle an absolute million times.

Whilst it's impossible to say you can enjoy all of this experience because of its nature at the concentration camps, Mr Shuttle provided an excellent service. Really great guides and driver. Nice packed lunch and a friendly atmosphere.

It's a wonderful one day excursion throughout. Very emotionally intense in the morning, and mesmerizing in the afternoon. Wear good walking shoes as you will be walking A LOT.
Tickets and skip the line was sorted, the tour guide who took us round was very informative. A very emotionally moving day trip but definitely a must do when in krakow
It was an 11 hour trip with lots of walking but worth it. The driver was informative and friendly, and we felt it was fantastic value for money. A cold lunch box was provided and a good selection.
A fantastic experience from start to finish. The tour was well organised from the pick up directly from our hotel to the tour, the excellent packed lunches and the return journey.
Amazing but harrowing trip to auschwitz, whole trip was organised and without a hitch, would highly recommend Choose Krakow.
