Oskar Schindler's Factory Tours
Oskar Schindler's Factory is one of our stops on the Memorial Route Tour. All travellers are very eager to see the Factory and the reviews show that this place is particularly popular. Back in time, it was a metal item Factory. Nowadays, the factory performs the function of a museum. We can experience there something new and see the main exhibition named Kraków under Nazi Occupation 1939-1945. The exhibition shows the fate of Krakow and its inhabitants, as well as the Nazi occupiers. You will also get to know more about popular Oskar Schindler and his brave attitude and willingness to save the Jewish people.
Eagle Pharmacy Museum Tours
Take some time and visit another exciting place with an English speaking guide. The guide will give you all the necessary information to understand the true history of Kraków. The Eagle Pharmacy was run by a Pole, Tadeusz Pankiewicz. In 1941 almost all the pharmacies were closed. However, the only exception was the Eagle Pharmacy, where Pankiewicz was the only Pole allowed to stay at Jewish Ghetto in the Podgórze district. Apart from selling medicines, the pharmacy was a shelter for the Jewish people imprisoned in the ghetto. Also, it was a place of conspirational meetings and selling items which helped to change the appearance and avoid deportation to Auschwitz Birkenau. Nowadays, the Museum covers the history of Pankiewicz's life and tragic events in the ghetto. Definitely a great experience and a place worth paying a visit.
Pomorska Street Museum Tours
The construction was built in 1936 as a dormitory and tourist's hostel. However, in 1939 Dom Śląski became a headquarter of secret Nazi police - Gestapo. The building was transformed into a place with many cells and interrogation rooms. This is where cruel corporal punishment and torture were carried out. To this day, we can read inscriptions scratched by imprisoned innocent people.

A visit to Schindler's Factory
Our first stop will be at Schindler's metal Factory where you will explore one of the most important Museums in Krakow. It tells stories about the town and its residents during the German occupation from 1939 to 1945. Sightseeing will take around 1,5-2 h.

Eagle Pharmacy Museum
You will visit Eagle Pharmacy which played a very important role during the German occupation. It is a unique place, where back in time innocent victims often were looking for refuge, but also bought medicines and products that enabled them to change their appearance. Thus, you will get to know about the fate of the pharmacy owner and the people he willingly helped.

Pomorska Street Museum
The last point of our sightseeing tour will be Dom Śląski - a building taken over by Gestapo. Over there you will have the opportunity to explore chilling cells with inscriptions of prisoners. Also, you will see one of a kind permanent exhibition 'People of Kraków in times of terror 1939-1945-1956' which pictures documents, family souvenirs and photographs.

You will be transported from one place to another in a comfortable AC minivan. The trip covers three main places: Oskar Schindler’s Factory, The Eagle Pharmacy, and Pomorska Street.
World War II is considered one of the most tragic events in the history of mankind. During that time around 70–85 million people died. From all of the 40 sub-camps of Auschwitz, the most horrible genocide took place in places such as Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau. Kraków is situated only one hour away from Auschwitz Birkenau and that is why it played an important role in the War. Over there, Nazis established one of five major ghettos. People who lived in Krakow were particularly persecuted, and the Jewish community often had to hide their identity to avoid being moved to a concentration camp. Therefore, tours to Krakow and visits to numerous museums in the city are real-time travel. It’s a great opportunity to come to know the history and the struggle of the victims.

All the Museums are available to guests. However, all visitors have to remember about frequent hand hygiene and covering face with a medical mask. If possible, try to keep 2 meters distance from other people participating in the tour.
If you want to fully explore the history of World War II, we recommend taking a day extra to visit incredible sites outside Krakow. All visitors decide to leave Krakow and spend a couple of hours in Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum- a concentration camp where you can see for yourself the buildings in which mainly Polish, Jewish, and Roma people were detained. Another popular destination is Wieliczka Salt Mine where you can discover underground secrets and marvel at breathtaking views.
Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair accessible for people with walking disabilities. Nevertheless, our team is willing to assist you during your tour in Krakow!
